Hello Mr. Thomas, It is disappointing to hear that you did not get the results you expected from our product. On the rare occasion we receive feedback from customers explaining that the Leather Ultra Clean did not work for them, it is, in the overwhelming majority of cases, because they are using it to treat a stubborn stain, rather than light staining and general dirt & grime. Leather Ultra Clean is designed for use as a general cleaner, formulated to remove light staining shortly after the event and a build up of dirt & grime. It is not formulated to tackle stubborn stains and will struggle with stains that are very old and ingrained. For this you will need Leather Stain Remover. “I have two white leather recliner armchairs that were kind of brownish due to years of usage and dust from construction sites nearby. I tried a couple of cleaning products on these armchairs, but to no avail. After a quick research on the web, Youtube, and after reading a couple of reviews, I decided to test my luck with Furniture Clinic since I was unaware of their existence here in Brazil. And to my delightful surprise, it worked!!! Never before have I thought that I would be so exhilarated about a cleaning product! I ordered the Leather Care Kit and the Tampico Brush. It definitely took longer than a week to arrive, but I think it was because of customs clearance. The only downside for ME is the price because when you convert Brazilian currency to Pounds, then this cleaning product costs an arm and a leg! Not only that, but I also had to pay extra for tax. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the Leather Care Kit and the Tampico brush. They did wonders to my brownish recliner armchairs! I believe you will not be disappointed!”

“Sorry, but I haven't yet used the leather repair kit (my most recent purchase) for my Rolls Royce. However I have used the leather restoration and colourant etc., on the driver's seat on one of my Jaguars which has cream upholstery. The seat was badly cracked with black showing through the cracks and the various liquids and creams, used as specified in the accompanying instructions have restored the leather brilliantly at a very reasonable price. If you wish to canvass my opinion on the leather repair kit in the later summer I will happily provide a report,”

“The delivery of products from the furniture clinic, is extremely quick, they are very helpful on the telephone if you need to speak to them, and the products are great. We have semi-aniline leather sofas, and the cleaner, and protector do an amazing job,,brings them looking brand new. I treat them about every three months and am really pleased with result, plus the smell is lovely, smells like brand new leather, and it protects from stains. It is also very good value. When we brought our sofas, we were advised to buy the products to clean them from the same shop, they were tiny little cloths like wet wipes, in a box of twelve,,I used more than seven alone on the first sofa! Not good. The big bottles of product from the furniture clinic last ages, and are really good value. Also I found that the colour restorer was brilliant at covering up to odd cat scratch, then use the protector as normal, then hey presto..as good as new. Would definitely recommend their products.”

“With a dog who enjoys the leather cream suite (I had the suite before the dog) it gets really dirty and the cleaning products from Furniture Clinic does exactly what it says. The suite really looks good when used and will buy again. I would certainly recommend people to try”

“I purchased a colour kit. Changed my mind about the colour ,phoned to tell you. Returned the colour by carrier. It was signed for at your end but you had no record. I phoned and was told to take it up with my carrier. Guess what. They said it was the correct address and signed for. No colour,no joy. Shame.”

“Really great products .My wife and I had never tried to do anything like refurbishing car interiors before but by following the simple step by step instruction our 1957 Daimler conquest has had its drab cracked brown leather seats transformed into a cream leather finish that has left our friends gob smacked.When I phoned the furniture clinic for advise they were not only helpful but very patient, 10 out of 10 will be definitely be using them again on future projects as its put a very easy couple of thousand on the selling price of our car.”
