Can the medication you are taking , result in chemicals in your sweat then being transferred onto leather or leather/fabric suite ,causing fading of the colour.

I have a large 4 seater sofa & 2 seater in cream leather some of the leather has worn off on 1 of the seats. I am looking to change the colour to slate grey I am in the process of ordering the extra large kit but I am unsure of what finish to choose. At present it is matt but would a semi gloss/satin work thank you in advance

Good Afternoon, As you are changing the colour of the entire suite, you can pick any finish you want. In the Leather Colourant Kit we will provide the super-seal (used to seal the colour) and also the leather finish to apply on top, giving the sheen you want (gloss, semi-gloss, satin, semi-matt or matt). If you don’t want to have a shiny surface it’s best to go for a Satin, Semi-Matt or Matt. If you like it shiny you can go for a gloss or semi-gloss.
