It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had ,we are paying for a bed we can’t sleep in and no one will help ,we are close to splitting up ,Emma mattress we are buying from furniture states you have a 90 day trial period but according to Furniture Village sales staff in CROYDON this is nothing has nothing to do with them and salesman that first approached us in store who now cannot help us got our phone and made us contact Emma online help,they have got back to us saying the trial period is definite and returns and refunds are 100% legit and that Furniture Village should arrange this no problem.

Appalling after sales service. Sofa arrived with no sliders. They were promised the next week. Never arrived. Duresta chair and stool due 2 months ago. No one returns my calls. No-one responds to emails. Avoid this company unless you 're happy to be ignored and for your furniture to never arrive. If theres a problem - tell me furnitire village rugby and let me go somewhere else and order a chair and stool. Don't leave me hanging.

This is now 12 weeks waiting on my delivery , you get told A load of rubbish every time you ring this company customer service is a disgrace , sofa turned up month ago but no chair , best thing about this is they cannot tell where it is or delivery date , rang them again today my sales person is Neil Armstrong sure this bloke lives on the moon you can never talk to him and he never returns calls it’s so frustrating , today I pressed option 3 which takes you straight through warehouse spoke to guy who tells me my chair is in the store and he cannot dispatch until they send to him 3 miles away total joke please dont buy anything off this lot

Totally unprofessional and disrespectful staff and store manager.
They literally shouted at us and showed an aggressive attitude when we went back to store as we weren’t happy with our mattress.
Bought a Tempur one, £1900 and the quality is awful.
No returns/ changes or refund accepted and also there is no way to make a formal complaint.

So we made numerous phone calls to the store we where finally given a date for delivery of the 22nd December, after going into store (as no one returns your calls), On the 21st December we checked that our ordered was still due for delivery the following day we where told yes everything is in the green and we should receive a text with the time slot.
