“I was a bit nervous about my order after reading the reviews on here, but I had good experience. I knew when I ordered it would take up to 14 days, and it did arrive within that time. The product I ordered was a chair and it was excellent quality, which I was surprised as it was fairly cheap. I did contact customer service via Messenger, they sent a update via text and replied within the 72 hours.”

“Worth the wait! My frame looks amazing. Its perfect and has a great quality. I will order again even if the delivery takes more than 14 days. Good quality but poor customer service. Probably too many customers.”

“Superb customer service. Some of my items were delayed. They rang the next day to see whether I wanted a refund or would like to wait. Some items I waited for and the rest was refunded to me. Anytime I emailed with a query it was actioned straight away. Highly recommend this company.”

It was so well packaged and the instructions were (thankfully) very straightforward. Looking at the reviews on here, maybe I’ve been very lucky but either way, I’ve no complaints.”

“Ordered a sofa chair that I loved but felt like it didn’t sit right, the chair slopes down too much making it uncomfortable. Spoke to customer services and within a week someone had come out to look at the chair and told me the feet were the wrong way round!!!!!! They checked to whole chair, swapped the feet and plumped it up and it’s better than ever. A fantastic service, best customer service making me feel valid and important and just respecting the problem. So impressed. Thank you!”
