I'm please with your product. However, I have a cat who pees in her box and poops on the carpet. How to I address the poop that has hardened on the carpet and can't be pulled off easily? Should I use a knife to ease is up and then spray - should I spray on it to soften up so I can get is up easier and then spray that area?
