“They keep sending me voice messages to my landline every Sunday before a sale at 7am. I've been trying for years to get them to stop but they never respond. Stop sending voice messages to my landline”
“Was told by a member of Barnstaple staff that the items I wanted were in stock in Wales , delivery could be made in 3 or in maximum of 4 weeks , this I agreed to , paid a deposit and left the shop , after two weeks checking with shop re delivery was told "Items not in stock in a container somewhere at sea" The clearly lied , also on their invoice it does say which I never noticed delivery in 4-6 weeks , plus a 20% cancellation charge comes into force after 24 hours , they have clearly lied and have broken a verbal contract and are refusing a refund , The matter will be placed in the hands of my Solicitor ,

“Having received a text nearly two weeks ago saying my furniture is ready to despatch I've had numerous problems getting though to FW Homestores. When they called me back they told me a courier would be in contact and we'd probably have the furniture the end of last week/beginning of this week. Having heard nothing from the courier I contacted FW Homestores again to be told I have to wait until the national courier has enough items to make it worthwhile delivering to my area. If I'd known that I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. We've been nearly two weeks without furniture now as we cleared the old items out when we received the original message to say ours was ready to dispatch. If I don't get a delivery date by the end of this week I'll be cancelling the order and going elsewhere!”
