Got a Question?

What are the deposit and withdrawal options available on FXGT? Are there any fees involved?
Asked by Jair Parmentin (1 month ago)
The first and most important thing is that here are no commissions either to deposit account or to withdraw money from it...This applies to each of available deposit/withdrawal methods. Speaking of methods: 1) Bank transfer. It's available to every client and is still popular among traders. 2) Transfers using VISA and Mastercard payment systems. These methods of depositing or withdrawing money from account relate to the use of banking applications and bank cards. 3) Each client can use e-wallets and crypto wallets for such money transfers. 4) And finally, Google Pay or Apple Pay systems. Most likely, this method may be popular among traders using smartphones to trade.

How is this broker loyal to its clients from a beginner's point of view?
Asked by Chau Qui Vien (2 months ago)
Idk for me it was support service who did it. If you really think of it, accounts and platforms are present in most places, as well as those spreads. But good support is rarity. and I each time I was greeted friednly and my questions were answered, taking the fact that I can be annoying sometimes. I am still in touch with support from time to time, but was never disappointed in them. This is I guess how I saw fxgt's loyalty to clients.

Have you got the loyalty bonus here? How does "exhausting the limit" thing work? What does "resetting to zero" mean exactly?
Asked by Bongsu (3 months ago)
Yep, buddy, I have got a loyalty bonus and everyone gets this bonus for making deposits to a trading account. Regarding exhausting limits, you can make deposits and as soon as you reach the limit amount of deposits of 10,000$, the company will reset it back to zero, so you can make a deposit again and you get 25% of bonus to your every new deposit. I hope I was able to give a clear explanation and if you still didn’t get it, then I would recommend you to read all the terms and conditions on their official website...
Answered by Ismail Prasasta (2 months ago)
Loyalty Bonus? Yes, I deposited my trading account here twice and received 25% each time. It's a great bonus and I'm really glad I got it twice.I haven't exceeded the limit yet, so I'm not 100 percent sure how this feature works. But it seems that after the bonuses exceed $10 000, if you meet one of the rules, then bonuses are available to you again. That's probably why this bonus is called "unlimited"As for the rules that I wrote about, here they are: a) Being an active trader (having made at least 1 trade within the past 30 days)b) Completing a cumulative trading volume of 200 GT Lotsc) Making a Deposit Apparently, if everything is correct, then within 48 hours bonus counter will be updated and they will be available again

How do I choose which account type suits me best?
Asked by Pathit P. (3 months ago)
I’m not going to recommend which account is the best for you because everything depends on your preferences and what trading strategy you use and what type of markets you prefer to trade on. Nevertheless, if you are interested in what account I chose for trading, this is the ECN account with narrow spreads and zero commissions for opening and closing trades positions. I’m totally satisfied with my choice!

guyz, what are the most profitable assets for trading on this platform?
Asked by Thanid Ratana (5 months ago)
The most volatile ones :D No seriously, if you are a daytrader and want to trade what you call: the most profitable assets, then you should look for the most volatile instruments. If you trade forex, you should definitely get acquainted with the GBP/JPY, where the daily price movements range around 100 pips and sometimes even more. Here we must mention gold. Traders like you prefer trading gold for the trading opportunities this instrument provided during a trading day. And finally, the Bitcoin. This is considered the most profitable asset due to its high volatility.
Answered by Trong Nhut (5 months ago)
I cannot really say. All the instruments are profitable, but maybe you are asking about volatility. In that case, you should looks at the cryptos and the indices and metals markets.

How can I withdraw bonuses?
Asked by Warun Choosak (7 months ago)
I guess you haven't read carefully the terms and conditions when you checked that box about the bonus promotion. You can not withdraw bonuses! You can only withdraw the profits made using the bonus. For example: If you deposited $1000 and got $500 as a bonus, your trading account is now $1500. You have traded for a week and made profits of $500, so at the end of the week, your account size is $2000. If you decide to withdraw you can withdraw any amount maximum to $1500.
Answered by Ninian Ambumamee (7 months ago)
You can withdraw anytime you wish, but only from your profits or deposited funds. This excludes the bonus you received when you deposited funds into your trading account. You should read the terms and conditions in the agreement when you check that “I read” box. Anyway, you should know that bonuses are not withdrawable and this is a pretty standard rule with all the brokerage companies out there that offer deposit-bonus promotions. Still using a bonus is highly beneficial, since it can boost your trading account and give you an opportunity to trade with a larger position size.

What is VPS Sponsorship Program offered by the broker?
Asked by Sinar Wuzhou (8 months ago)
This is special VPS server that you can access if you meet certain criteria: 1) Minimum trading account equity of $3,000; 2) Minimum monthly trading volume of 5 GT Lots If you don't know what VPS is yet, then I can briefly describe it. This is a special server to which you can connect your trading platform. Once connected, your platform will function as if it is always on, even if your computer is turned off. This feature is useful for those who use EAs. And such server also provides fast and high-quality execution of orders.
Answered by Dalimin Hutapea (8 months ago)
VPS stands for Virtual Private Server,,,and the VPS sponsorship program is basically a service that provides traders with a free VPS subscription. But you probably wonder what the purpose of a VPS server is. Well, briefly, it enhances the efficiency of trades in terms of execution. While the execution at FXGT is Excellent, it would be beneficial for those employing EAs or algorithmic trading to host their robot on a VPS server. Generally, the execution here is even faster, It allows them to execute multiple trades during a single trading day, limiting the risk of slippages. RegarDing the sponsorship program, you need to fulfil certain criteria in terms of trading volume and minimum deposited amount on your trading account. You must have at least $3000 on your account and trade 5GTLots monthly.

What are your thoughts on the commission for ECN accounts compared to other brokers offering the same type of account?
Asked by Osama bin Mokhzani (10 months ago)
The commission structures offered by FXGT for ECN accounts are quite unique in the market. Competitive rates and low spreads provide a huge advantage, especially for traders trading in high volumes. At the same time, FXGT's use of advanced technology and fast order processing capability create an ideal environment for traders looking to capitalise on market volatility. These factors make FXGT one of the brokers of choice when it comes to ECN accounts.

I heard that this broker has quite high quality analytical services, is it true?
Asked by Ghani Saptono (11 months ago)
Yes, it's true. This company has analytics services that were apparently created to help clients do analytics. By the way, in addition to analytical services, they have e-books. That's pretty useful, too. It helps to study trading processes in more detail.

Is this broker allowed all tools that can be used on MT4 and MT5?
Asked by Kartika (1 year ago)
Not sure what tools you have in mind. If you are talking about the charting tools they are usually built-in and come with the trading platform. So having in mind that this broker allows trading on both MT4 and MT5, the answer is YES, all tools included in these two trading engines are integrated when you trade with an FXGT account.
Answered by Mr. Phan (11 months ago)
I assume the question is about EAs and custom indicators. In general, the use of these tools is not prohibited. After all, many Expert Advisors are based on mathematical algorithms and data from some indicators. So these are not magic tools, but automatic programs. So if you like such trading, you can apply it on this broker's platform.

What’s in the Advanced trading Toolkit?
Asked by Thongkon (1 year ago)
Oh, as far as I know it's a kind of a set of instrument for the MetaTrader 5 trading platform which can potentially ease trading for those who are interested in it. The company promotes this toolkit, but I unfortunately, haven't tried it, as I'm a MT4 fan. Maybe it's something about advanced back testing, but it's better to double-check.
