Got a Question?

Does the broker offer educational materials for traders with testing questions in the end of every chapter or article?
Asked by Marcel Riedel (2 weeks ago)
No, in the knowledge database of fxpro it’s set up in a different way. You don’t have test questions in the end, but the material is presented in the form of cards for easier perception.
Answered by Jack Murray (2 weeks ago)
Can I pay here using crypto and if yes, which cryptos are accepted? Cheers
Asked by Dr. Adrian (3 weeks ago)
As far as I know, you can at least pay using USDTs which is one of the most popular and standard ways of making deposits and withdrawals in every brokerage firm.
Answered by pedro m. (3 weeks ago)
If I am not mistaken there is no possibility to top up the account using crypto. You can check the website for further clarifications. They have a separate section where the list of available depositing methods is provided. Or if you are confused, then try to reach out to the client support team!
Answered by Enrique Reyna (2 weeks ago)
How many markets do you provide and is it different depending on the account type?
Asked by Dan Adams (1 month ago)
I’m full of doubts that the FxPro representative will answer this question here, so in this case, lemme answer your question as a customer of theirs. I guess you have never heard about them before cuz otherwise you wouldn't be asking such silly questions. They have a lot of types of markets for trading, forex, stock, commodities, crypto currencies, bruuuh... it can last many hours, you better check it out on their official website and you will find answers to all your questions. Oh, yeah, the difference in financial markets doesn't depend on which type of account you are going to choose, you can trade whatever you want, pal!

Is there any strategy that didn't work for you on Fxpro?
Asked by Martinho (2 months ago)
Oh yeah, man! It was trustrating strategy that never worked out whenever I used it during trading on financial markets. Probably you have heard already about it, this is the smart money strategy and to be honest I’m not sure it is possible to trade profitably using this strategy for a long period of distance. Anyway, probably someone was able to use the smart money concept more properly than me.xD

As a trader with extensive trading experience, I am interested in whether I can apply trading strategies using Hedging on this platform? And how does the broker feel about using EAs in trading by customers?
Asked by Alfredo Molina (3 months ago)
There are absolutely no limitations regarding the use of trading strategies. Scalping is allowed, and Hedging is allowed, too. You can use it, and actually hedging your positions is definitely recommended to protect your capital. Gone is the time when brokers were limiting us and not allowing hedging. If you see a broker that doesn’t allow hedging, you better run from that platform. You don’t wanna deal with such a broker. The same applies to trading with EAs. Here, the main thing you need to consider is the trading terminal you choose. You probably have your preferences but know that trading with robots is possible with the following trading apps: MT4, MT5 and cTrader. Not completely sure, but I think their custom trading app is not supporting EAs.

How much money do you need to trade/invest with FxPro for it to be a decent alternative for a real job? Let's say I earn $1k a month, for simplicity (maybe I do, who knows ;) What is a realistic number I would need to invest in here?
Asked by Dr. Asier (3 months ago)
I thought I should shear my experience Following some broker on Instagram, I end up losing my saving money and profits. With the help of ' WIKIHELPDESKS@ G-MAIL. COM ' I was able to retrieve my losts
Asked by carmen williams (4 months ago)
how's your journey with them? are they reliable and modern enough to get in?
Asked by Atanasio (4 months ago)
More than you can even imagine, pal :) As for reliability, then you can read reviews and what people say about the FxPro. I guess... every 2nd review mentions robustness of the platform, its licenses, contemporary method of securing data of traders and so on. Speaking of modernity, then they are pretty much modern, fresh. They have several trading platform, lots of assets and cutting-edged tools, like the ones embedded into Ctrader. Btw, it's my platform, I use cBots which help me to handle analysis of major pairs. Installation wasn't puzzling at all, but to find good ones - challenging.

I have heard a lot of times and have seen many advertising about this broker, I really wonder what is so special about the FxPro and its services which make them stand out among many other competitors?
Asked by Tim Kunze (4 months ago)
Well, if you know something about forex trading and the industry in general then Fxrpo is among the top tier brokers for sure. And it’s not just about specific trading conditions or something like that. It’s the overall vibe of the company. It’s about the reliability that Fxpro offers to each and every trader. Plus fxpro has a lot of experience in this.

How do you recognize a credible and reliable broker without all the reviews written by clients? What about FxPro makes you think that the broker is reliable?
Asked by Patrick W. (5 months ago)
What assets here has the tightest spreads?
Asked by Santiago Garcia (6 months ago)
I don't know buddy, everyone has different opinions about tightest spreads but from my point of view I think the forex market has the tightest spreads in the FxPro company. It is not surprising because this broker is one of the most influential and top-notch companies in the financial sector and they are quite popular in the trading environment.

Which trading platform should I use if I intend to trade with a very large sum of money? Which one is best for trading gold too?
Asked by Kian G (6 months ago)
Hmm, let me think... Most likely cTrader is more suitable for you! And here are a few reasons why. This trading platform belongs to professional tools. Although, to be honest, other platforms are like that too. But cTrader seems to me to have the most user-friendly DOM interface. And this tool will be useful to you when you trade assets with medium or low liquidity. Fact is that to execute large volume, you will need to see the depth of market. It also seems to me that this platform has a more convenient interface for tracking large number of orders.

How can I apply for the swap free trading at fxpro?
Asked by Ottmar Reich (7 months ago)
You can apply for the swap free, or we also call it Islamic account, only if you are a Muslim trader. Fxpro won’t open this account to any trader who just wants to trade without swaps. Don’t ask me how I know this:D As for the process I would recommend to contact support team, but in short I think the broker will need some proofs form Imaam in your mosque. It can be a letter or some other proof that Fxpro will accept.

Does FxPro provide any educational materials?
Asked by Tadeusz Michalak (7 months ago)
Fxpro provides a lot of educational materials. Plus those materials are not just for newbies as you may suppose, they can be also utilized by the intermediate traders. And another crucial fxrpo feature for raising skills is the free demo that is fully customizable. Customization in this case is important because a trader can adjust all the parameters to his requirements. For example if I don't have thousands of dollars on hand, I should set the sum of the demo that is very close to my real money I can risk and deposit. Hence why fxpro is one of the best options for beginners.

Is FxPro a reliable brokerage firm and is it worth trading with them?
Asked by Raul C (7 months ago)
If you would make a little bit of effort, you would understand that you question doesn’t make any sense. Fxpro is the synonym of reliability and it’s the first choice for newbies
Answered by G. Lenne (7 months ago)
I'll start with the first part of your question. Everything is simple here. Fxpro is the most reputable broker I know. Therefore, no need to doubt its reliability. And as for the second part of your question, it's better for you to evaluate trading conditions of this broker yourself. They seem profitable to me, but your opinion may differ from mine, so I advise you to explore broker in detail and maybe even try demo trading.

Is it safe to provide this broker with personal data when depositing and withdrawing funds?
Asked by Jacobus U. (8 months ago)
How frequently should withdrawals be made?
Asked by Kevin Pilcz (8 months ago)
As often as you need it. Some traders prefer withdrawing all the funds right after a couple of profitable closed positions. More prudent guys and those who came here not only for profits, but for polishing skills - get their earned funds like once per several weeks or even once a month. For me, withdrawing once a month is the most optimal choice, because I can easily track the performance, comparing results to the previous month and think of something that I can improve. But anyway - it's up to ya.

What is the order execution model used by the broker on the platform, can I be convinced of having trouble-free execution?=)
Asked by Patrick Brady (8 months ago)
I don’t know the exact specifications of the execution, but i know for sure that you will have the spot on orders placement. also you will have little to none slippages in the most inappropriate times thanks to the Fxpro execution type.
Answered by Gary Watson (8 months ago)
If there is one thing you can be sure of on the fxpro platform it is smooth and swift trade execution. They use the No Desk Dealing model for all their trades and it is very efficient.

How much do you think this broker cares about clients with small deposits?
Asked by Ronaldo (9 months ago)
Fxpro offers good opportunities for customers with small deposits. But I think it would be ideal to invest between 800-1000, that's not a small deposit, I know. Not everyone can afford it but investing a small amount like 100 USD is a risky strategy, it can have a low cost, but your volume will be small. You can use the high-leverage option, but I can say that the risk is quite high.

How do I withdraw my money, through card wire or alternative payment methods?
Asked by Rodrigo Coutinho (10 months ago)
In general, you can choose method that suits you. I don't remember exactly how this procedure works, so please forgive me if I got something wrong :P First of all you need to transfer money from your trading account to your Fxpro Wallet account. It is better that your trading account doesn't have any open orders. At least that's what I always did when I was planning to withdraw money. I just waited for all my orders to reach target or close at stop loss and then withdraw part of margin to the Wallet. You can withdraw your money wherever you want. For example, if you use a bank card, you can withdraw to it. For this purpose it is enough just to choose such a way of withdrawal among those that are available.
Answered by Gian (9 months ago)
It depends on your preference. If you use bank cards and this is the most convenient way to deposit and withdraw funds for you, then you should choose this method. But if bank cards are not convenient way to store money or transfer it to other accounts, then you should choose alternative method.

Do you use Fxpro wallet, what essential things you can stress about it?
Asked by andrew (10 months ago)
I use it, and I think everyone with a trading account on this platform must use it. You probably think of the FxPro wallet as another digital wallet and transfer provider, but it is not working like that. Think of their wallet as a hub or a platform from where you can manage your funds. It has plenty of advantages, you can manage the funds on your trading accounts if you have more than one. It allows seamless and free transfers of funds between your account and your wallet. Also, one great feature that it allows is that you can take funds from your trading account and keep them safe in your wallet until you gather enough to make a withdrawal. I found this quite practical since I make a withdrawal once a month.

DOES FXPRO HAVE A COMPENSATION FUND FOR ITS CLIENTS OR NOT?
Asked by THANH PHAM (11 months ago)
That is an interesting question, afaik, compensation fund is available only for clients from the UK. At least, the broker states that according to the regulation, the company is a full-fledged member of Financial Services Compensation scheme. So if you are from the UK, then you can count on the compensation in case of unexpected circumstances entailing financial losses. As for others - ain't know.

what do you lot think about futures trading here? do you think it is worth my while in terms of the conditions and costs associated to it?
Asked by Nathan M. (1 year ago)
I am not completely aware of which futures contracts you might be referring to, since there are futures contracts on both commodities and the stock market indices, for instance. Regardless, I think all are precisely worthwhile. If you are intended to trade futures contracts, I think you might have a global macroeconomic asset selection process of some sorts, in which case, futures are a very good instrument to project your fundamental bias on the path of global economy. and fxpro's a pretty good place to do so, and note that you can do those trades as spot too!

Are you satisfied with the leverage ratio FxPro is offering?
Asked by Felippe Vilches (1 year ago)
Yes! Very much so. It is not too conservative, and it is not absurdly high. Just the right balance honestly.
Answered by Huy H. (1 year ago)
Yeah, the leverage offered by the fxpro broker is moderate and that's the primary thing for me. I know that I can be easily enticed by a high leverage, thus there's a big risk that I won't withstand the temptation of opening a position with a huge leverage ratio. And I'll do that, and afterward will be forced to regret. Leverage here is dynamic and pretty low, so it's better to enter trading with big sums initially, rather than relying on drawn margin.

How do you think this broker shows care for their customers?
Asked by Victor (1 year ago)
The term care is understood differently by each person? For some, care is shown through customer support services. And for someone else it is through additional services and resources. But I think that with this broker you can get all of this at the same time.
Answered by Eric W (1 year ago)
Hmm, that's interesting question. I never really thought about how Fxpro takes care of me. I can assume that this care is shown through following services: - Obviously customer service work. These guys are made to take care of us. - Clear and informative web site. I think this is how care for our time is shown. - Reliable services and favorable terms. It's caring about our income and success.

Do i have some limitations for the cTrader platform account?

I don't see what kind of limitations would you have with cTrader. If you mean the assets, you can trade the same things as with other platforms. In terms of what you can do with it, I don't see any restrictions either.

How often do you recommend withdrawing profits from an account with this broker? Or is it more beneficial to keep it on FxPro Wallet?
Asked by Pedro Abad (1 year ago)
It depends on the trader's needs really, but I think after you hit your trading goal. But when you can risk more money, then you should change your trading goals as well.?
Answered by Luc W (1 year ago)
That's a great question! I'm sure many traders interested in this. But they don't know where to get information or any recommendations. I'm in favor of constantly increasing the size of my main deposit. There are different systems but it seems to me that most effective one is to withdraw 50% of your earnings from trading and spend it on your life. The rest is better left on account or transfer to FxPro Wallet for safetyy.
Answered by Praves (1 year ago)
Would you recommend using FxPro Wallet as a payment method?
Asked by Juan Gonzalez (1 year ago)
I recommend and suggest you to start using FxPro wallet as your payment method. Give it a try and you will see for yourself how faster and convenient transfers will be. One common mistake traders do is that they dont withdraw their profits and end up losing them in the market. The reason for that is because the transfers can be expensive with those heavy bank fee, but now with introduction of this wallet transfers are cheaper and faster.
Answered by Robert (1 year ago)
I would say yes, as the broker does provide access to it not for a reason. It's way easier to manage your accounts using Fxpro wallet and in my opinion this multifunctional instrument suites each trader who has ever thinking of simplfying the interaction with money. Other than that, it's also essential to know that this tool includes full-fledged protection when you deposit and have opened positions. It's valuable.
Answered by Felipe (1 year ago)
What one would you recommend to use ctrader, metatrader 4 or metatrader 5?
Asked by Rafael Soares (1 year ago)
Especially for such nosy guys like you, there is a perfect comparison table right on the website, where you can estimate which platforms suits your expectations and demands more. Don't mean to be rude =) Metatrader is a top solution for trading and this fact can't be argued, nevertheless, the level of ctrader optimization is amazing as well. Why didn't you mention fxpro edge? It can become a good alternative to famous names too.
Answered by Matthias (1 year ago)
I would recommend FxPro cTrader for sure. I am fed up with the MT platforms so now I find cTrader very functional and great looking for me. Plus this platform’s main feature is automated trading. Its cBots are much more complicated to create but at the same time you can include tons of settings to make your trading strategy more flexible. So don’t hesitate and try Fxpro cTrader. You won't regret this decision I promise.

Does fxpro really have zero spreads?
Asked by O.Taussig (1 year ago)
Well it depends on so many variables, but yeah, the spreads can actually start from zero in some scenarios. But obviously you need to have the right platform, account type, asset class and time of the trading day. But in scenarios where they are not zero, they are still very negligible and super reasonable when you think about it. relatively speaking
Answered by Giulio (1 year ago)
YES, it does have! I know it’s hard to believe, especially if you are an old-timer in trading, coming from a place where the tightest spreads back in the time where like 4-5 pips:) Nowadays, you can find brokers like FxPro, offering even zero spread. This is most common with major forex pairs, EUR/USD for example. During the high volatility times, it is common to encounter zero spread.
Answered by Daniel da Rosa (1 year ago)
Fxpro is one of the most transparent brokers I have come across. First of all, all of the information you could possibly need for your trading is available on the broker's website. You have all the information concerning your trades displayed along with information on leverage, free margin and even the spreads to expect. Additionally, the broker has all of its legal documents also on display. Many people do not usually go through these, but for those that do, it is incredibly easy to find. It contains all documentation of licenses, regulations, and terms of use A piece of information that may be out of the norm is the broker's track record. It contails slippages registered over the years, it shows the improvement and growth of the broker, and so much more. Makes it easy to trust Fxpro.
Answered by Thales (1 year ago)
Is Fxpro withdrawal processing time described accurately on the website?
Asked by Felipe (1 year ago)
Website contains the basic rules of withdrawals. It includes the payment methods, fees, timeframes and so on. If you want to know the details then you have to go through the withdrawal process yourself. Since every trader uses his own payment mechanism for funds withdrawals. Or you can also give the information to the client support and ask them. Support team is usually very competent in this.
Answered by Generoso Ossi (1 year ago)
Yes, you can believe this information. Verified by own experience. And there have been several times when money transactions were even faster.

There are some subtle and tangible differences between them, you can check out the platform comparison page to see what fundamentally separates them. The platforms differentiate amongst themselves in terms of the assets you can trade, the number of timeframes and tools you might be able to use. What's important is that which one you like and you can get used to. But the choice of asset class could be decisive in your preference mostly.

They also have Watch and Learn section which are also profoundly explanatory videos on regulat topics related to macroeconomics and trading analytics. You should also check out their youtube page, it is a fountain of knowledge.
