I ordered a framed print. Payment taken. No confirmation email. Ive emailed several times and no reply. I’m opening up a dispute with PayPal Monday morning. Avoid these crooks.

I ordered a print last week and have had no email confirmation or update about the purchase. I’ve tried contacting support but I’ve had no response. The money has been taken from my account so just want to check that this order is being processed. I understand the current climate but just an update would be great.

I put an order through last Friday and am still waiting to receive my item. I emailed customer service and still no response. Haven’t been informed about a delay.

The quality of the print I just recieved was honestly such a disgrace. It's super pixelated and not at all crisp. I could have printed this nicer at a Kinko's.

I ordered my prints almost 3 weeks ago & I’ve received no updates whatsoever. I tried emailing customer service a few days ago & still no response.

Lack in delivery, response and acknowledgement. I have ordered two items and both deliveries and communication has been awful.

This came to California super fast, packaged beautifully with no damage. The print is beautiful, vibrant, and the frame very nice and well done. My only complaint is that the glass is not glare-free and it's very difficult to view over my dining table. I get bad reflection from the lights. I would have paid extra to get the right kind of glass, but it is not offered. This part is very disappointing because it's very hard to see the print. I will not buy a framed print again, as convenient and easy as it was.

My first time buying a print so much to choose from I love lots of stuff it was the hardest part ! When it arrived I was really happy with it ,the frame and glass look 1st class it was well packed too and came in 48 hours which for me living on a Scottish island ..doesn’t happen that often ! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else now ! Delighted 😃

I absolutely love Fy! I’ve completely revamped my picture wall with all new art prints - it was hard to choose, there are so many I love. There are so many things I love the Fy! website, I wish I had more space at home!
