“The item took three weeks to be delivered, when delivery within 1-2 days was promised. I could forgive this given that they took on a bit much with black Friday sales. However, the print came all the way from the Netherlands when I thought it was from Berlin, which seems very unnecessary. Worst of all, the print has terrible quality. I just expected your average poster print quality, nothing fancy. But it looks like my old brother printer printed it! Won't order any prints again. On a positive note : I did like the necklace I also ordered!”

“I was sent the wrong item. After writing to FY, I was contacted after their 24 hour promise to be told that they are waiting for a response from the seller. Over a week later, I have heard nothing. I wrote to them again almost 2 days ago and I have had no response. I have to admit, FY is a great website with great products. This was my first order and I was sure that I would order from them quite a lot. Shame they fell at the first hurdle.”
