Great service!! I read a lot of the reviews, some good some bad and i wasn't sure what to expect but I found this site great! Regular emails giving me updates on the order (the tracking facility was only ok, it tracked it as far as my country and then gave no further updates - but the delivery actually arrived the following working day which was fine!). And we were really please with the print, really good quality, considering it was quite large (30" x 30"). I'd definitely order from here again. I also sent an email to Customer Service about a different piece, and they replied within 48hours with an answer so not too bad!

I love the products I received! But the best part is that I accidentally ordered the same thing twice, and within 24 hours, customer service had emailed me back AND refunded my money! Amazing! Thank you!!

Can not fault customer care, I had minor damage to a painting that was delivered, so I sent them photos, this was answered straight away with an email saying they would refund me that day and also saying no need to send it back, repair it or dispose of it, how good is that, thanks customer care

Had an issue with my order 5 days ago and used contact form to get refund, no response. Tried using the DM service, no response. Now resorting to commenting on Facebook posts but still no response! Do they have a customer service team?? And if so when do you think you’ll respond?

I had a small issue with my order but the customer service team dealt with it within 15 minutes of me raising the issue and refunded me straight away. It is one of the best interactions I have had with a company when I have had an issue.

We ordered four framed prints. Three were great but one was damaged on arrival. Customer service took a few days to reply, but once they did were very helpful and offered multiple solutions. We are happy with the prints we kept and happy with the process to be refunded on the one we keep.

I have just order from Fy and they debited my card 11 times for the one order !!!! so a $38 post is now $389 extra !! cant fn=ind a number to call them to sort the issue out , only received 1 email confirming my order not 11 so there is a hiccup with the check out process . wold love to call or have live chat option on this website to resolve the issue , cant see how this could happen you debit someone car 11 times for 1 order ?
