“Following an erroneous order recently FY dealt with the issue in such a positive way, not only refunding me but also encouraging me to donate or gift the order rather than insisting on its return. Wonderful customer service, very prompt and helpful- every attempt has been made to ensure we are happy with the product. Any issues resolved very quickly and professionally.
