This isn't something we hear often, so we did a little digging and discovered this artwork isn't very high resolution and we have now removed larger sizes from being able to be purchased. “I placed an order with the wrong version of the item and needed to get in touch to correct. Unfortunately it could bot be amended but Paloma was kind enough to provide me with a voucher so I could pay the same price as the item I bought when it was discounted. Excellent customer service, prompt and efficient.”

“I totally screwed up with ordering the wrong size print, they were not just super understanding and refunded me the money so I could reorder the correct one, they let me keep the wrong one! So kind, especially when it was my fault!!”

“Not quite sure yet- I have made over a $200 order but still not received an email confirmation. I have sent three emails to ask about one- Makes me feel like they are not a legit company. Also- why on their sponsored ads there are no comments? Also- their live chat would not engage even though I was within the hours of their operation.”

“Ordered a print and blanket. Print came in fairly quick and PERFECT! Blanket came in time..took a little more because of the production, but the support team had great communication. Bad News- the wrong blanket came in. Good News- I get to keep the wrong item and my new one is on the way- free of charge. I would recommend this company. The quality and creativity of there item is spot on.”
