Fantastic company and amazing customer service! Their products are great quality and they processed a refund for a wrong order very promptly and asked me to keep the items or donate them if I didn’t want them. I wish more companies were this conscientious!

They've been running what appears to be a bogus promotion of 20% off your first order when you join their mailing list. This was supposed to 'automatically' be applied to items, but when I came to pay the discount had been removed and they tried to charge me full price. I believe they are promoting a discount that does not exist as an attempt to get customers to share their personal details. I've contacted them via their form on their website, and replied to the email which I received to confirm form had been received, but am yet to have a response. I have, however, been receiving promotional emails from the get go - no surprise there! I will be contacting the Advertising Standards Authority to report. Avoid using this company.

I highly recommend FY. The products are high quality and at a great price. Delivery is fast with good strong packaging. Customer service is absolutely fantastic, once I ordered something by mistake and they were happy to cancel the order. Another time I had to return an item and they could not have been more helpful (and at no cost to me). I will definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone else looking for fun art work without being ripped off. Refreshingly good customer service.

Excellent customer service. I wanted to return an item and received a response within hours of how to do this. I then accidentally ordered the wrong item and received a response in less than an hour to say this had been cancelled.

Ordered some shelves on the 28th August. They took the money straight away, sent a tracking link but the tracking link says they have not shipped the product - 12 days after it was ordered. Sent a message through the only channel they give you - 4 days later still no response. Either this company is grossly incompetent or fraudulent

I am still waiting after nearly a month for a set of shelves to be delivered. Fy took 2.5 days to respond to my first message, and after another week passed, I sent another email. I have been waiting 4 days for a response to this email and have received no update on my missing parcel. I feel like I have wasted nearly €200 and I will take the matter further. Fy customer service is extremely poor - Beware!

Print is perfect. Also, the first one came with a dent due to UPS handling. When i contacted them, they offered me refund or reship free of charge.

i ordered 3 prints but unfortunately i ordered the wrong size. I have emailed them 3 times requesting a return label and apart from the standard "we reply to emails in the order we receive them" i am yet to receive the label required. Not impressed with the customer service at all and will not be using in the future.

The picture is more beautiful in person so we are excited to put it on our wall. I mistakenly ordered 2 and Fy was very responsive when I reached out, and immediately resolved the error.
