The clothes were simply placed in a carton box without any plastic or protective packaging to safeguard them during transit. This resulted in a poor unboxing experience, leaving the items exposed to potential dirt, moisture, or damage. For a premium brand, I expected much better care in packaging. It’s disappointing to see such lack of attention to detail. This definitely needs improvement!”

“I ordered by internet Rovic Zip 3D Straight Tapered Pant. I ordered in Grey. The invoice says "Grey". I received green. When I wrote to them, I was received an email of 350 words of instructions telling me all the conditions of how to return them if I want my money back. Including telling me that they would inspect the product when they get it back and threatening that I will not get the refund if they decided they didn't want to. But the part that I truly object to is when they lied and told me that they "cannot do exchanges or replacements", instead of admitting that they won't. They attributed it to "fortune" and "warehouse and logistics", as if they were not in control of this aspect of their company.
These pants are expensive and I expect better service at this price. Much, much better service!”
