Very bad purchase experience. I bought a steam key of a recent game that is not working, I got scammed by the seller. I provided all evidences to G2A and I have been in contact with the G2A contact support for more than a month and It is impossible to get a refund. Stay away from them.

It's clear this is a scam. I was tricked into investing over $178,200, believing I was earning profits. When I wanted to withdraw, they kept demanding more money. Thankfully, I discovered A M D A R K L I M I TED * C0M, and their staff helped me get my full refund.

I file a claim with the G2a support group and after almost a week and some change, they contact me saying that the only way I can get a refund is if I go to the police and make a report!?!?! FOR WHAT!?!?! JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND! Keep in mind, I've already proved to the seller AND G2a that the code didn't work because I took screenshots of my trying to claim my code on my PC.

Bought War Within World of Warcraft expansion. I did receive the product then had the have it refunded from Blizzard. Seller refuses to re-issue then product I order since they have been refunded my money to their account. Nor will they refund the money back to my bank account.

I purchased a permanent desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 from G2A (one of their software resellers named "King Market". I purchased in January 2024. I received an error message from Adobe that my license was already in use by someone else. G2A I asked for another set of license keys, which were originally provided. The second set of keys was also invalid. I still have not received a refund. Be very careful!

I bought 3 gift cars and 1 didn't work.
When I complained to the seller he just pointed a finger to a random unrelated reason and closed the conversation.
When I asked for a refund of 1 of the 3 keys I got banned.
I contacted support they just said that I was banned, period, no support at all.
Now I'm feeling scammed and will have to dispute it on my bank.
I don't recommend anyone to deal on this platform.

Sent used code, not answering, and not sending new code or refund. SCAM
I contacted G2A support after a few days of seeing the seller not answering, and they responded: it is what it is...
After that I used the file claim option after 7 days, G2A didn't answer at all.
DO NOT BUY AT G2A ANYTHING - SCAM
