This company facilitates sellers that will falsely advertise products to you, naming them identically to a product on Steam but then delivering something else entirely, and will then ignore you when you dispute it. Their "customer service" exists solely to protect bad sellers and not to actually help the customer. Avoid this company, and if you do buy from them avoid seller "Intergalactic".

Tried buying a 12 month Xbox code and they send me these instructions to open up a completely different account. Reached out to customer service and they said no refunds even though I never used the code. The description of the product is not accurate at all. Sent the code to a friend to open up a new account and didn’t work. Scam company from Ukraine.

It's a joke of a site. No customer service, they sell redemned codes, false advertisement and over ran by scammers. Stay as far away as humanly possible from this site.

SCAM. They are wasting your time They are wasting your time, waiting for you being tired to prove that the key is faulty and trying to give you a job to write to the support of the service, where the key isn't working.

I contacted G2A and despite me providing them with excerpts from Steam's terms and conditions as well as their own terms of service, they still refuse to refund my money.

G2A+ is a scam service. They advertise money back guarantee for a monthly subscription fee, but they require you go to a police station and receive a stamped document in order to get a refund. You can submit a police report but they don't hand stamped docs back to you here. The service is a scam and support nonexistent.
