In the process of installing the carpet in a 1977 Mercedes 450sl. Thus far, not very pleased with the fit on the carpet purchased from GHAN Automotive. No installation instructions included with the order.

I was disappointed in my purchase. The covers did not fit and were way too big. When my upholstery shop try make them work, it was a disaster. Customer service was horrible.

When ordering the material for my Porsche Cayenne there was no option for perforated or smooth leaving me to assume that the material was perforated as Porsche interiors are. Upon receipt and inspection I discovered that the material was smooth and upon calling GAHH customer service I was told that I had to send the material back and pay additional charges to obtain the material I need.

Th R129 carpet was overpriced and poorly cut, we are still dealing with this car at our shop. We will no longer support R129 based on this experience.

$2200 in leather and half my order was sewn together incorrectly. Zero response from phone call and emails asking for help.

Headliner arrived quickly, but quality was not good. Stitching was pulling out, not straight. The stitches that had not pulled apart yet looked like they would at any second. Very disappointed in the quality. Had to order a new one from a different company.

They do not stand behind their products. I bought a top for a 2000 Porsche. The sides would not close within the tracks. I took to another installer to get a second opinion, the cable is not adjustable. So I have a top that I and my wife have to get out of our car and by hand guide the two sides in the tracks when we close the top. GAHH did not respond to several calls and emails. Not once. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Any company can at least respond to a customer.

All I can say is I would never recommend this company! I spent over 3K for my covers and they arrived with ink all over them! The upholster went back and forth with gahh trying to get the ink removed. the fit is terrible! the upholstery company said the covers are too big and they certainly do not fit properly! dissatisfied beyond words

I was not going to post a review about GAHH after only receiving a defective product because I understand that mistakes happen but I changed my mind after having so many issues which are documented below. The staff are very friendly but my experience with GAHH was miserable. 1/13 - Top and liner ordered 1/18 - Requested a tracking number via email 1/19 - Requested a tracking number via email 1/20 - Requested a tracking number via phone call 1/20 - Informed that they were making the liner via returned phone call 2/2 - Top was partially installed and noticed issues in the top which can be seen in the images 2/2 - GAHH offered a refund after they receive the item 2/10 - Shipping label received (8 days after return was authorized. Someone made a mistake which I understood). Informed that I would receive a refund 4-5 days after they receive the item. 2/26 - GAHH received the defective item 3/5 - Notified GAHH via email that I did not receive a refund 3/5 - GAHH notified me that I would see a refund within a few days 3/11 - Notified GAHH that I had not received a refund of the item that they received on 2/26 3/11 - GAHH notified me that they refund was issued on 3/11 In summary, I placed an order but did not know the status until I called them 7 days after I placed the order. I received a defective item and attempted to return it but someone forgot to send me a shipping label until I inquired about it after waiting 7 days. GAHH did not refund the purchase after having the item for a week. So, I notified them and they informed me that I would receive it in a few days. Two weeks passed since they received the defective item and I had not received a refund so I notified them again and they told me that they issued the refund I do not think a customer should have to continuously contact a business to get an order status or a refund. They have had my $903.75 for a defective product for 2 months.

Sent me wrong size vinyl when it was critical to have 60" wide. When I called to get the correct size I was told that is all that is available and all they would be able to do was refund me. So that caused me to loose the job the vinyl was needed for. Then I had to call back to get my refund because it was never actually processed.
