“Definitely not the GAHH that I am used to from 25+ years ago - once the ordered material was being installed by professional installers it was found to be too small - installers contacted GAHH and were told the vehicle did not have the heated seat option from factory which is not true - we have pictures of the vehicle with center console clearly showing the heated seats - I was charged to ship the material back plus restocking fee and fee given to installers - my vehicle is a 2000 R129 MBZ”

“Spent over $4,000 on my leather seat replacements for my 1972 280 SL Mercedes Benz. terrible quality, very thin cheap foam, leather feels like vinyl. The very expensive seat pads are so poor quality and so uncomfortable, it's amazing GAHH is still in business. I'm shocked at the poor quality. And when you call their office EVERYONE is uptight and even one gal is always condescending. Very unhappy with the product. Wish I knew of another place. This is def not the best place if you are restoring your car. I will redo the leather again in the future. It's that bad. Especially the cheap foam that offers ZERO comfort. Very Very Unhappy ...”

“Not a great experience. Customer service was great to start, then had an issue with my order and it took 3 emails and 3 phone calls over a week to get some resolution. Still waiting on an order after emailing customer service 6 days ago. The product is very good, the rest? Meh.”

“Seats covers were misshapen and had to be modified during installation at my expense. The headrest part was ballooned out and had to be cut back. My installer said GAHH material is usually better quality. Even after modification it still does not look exactly correct. Overall, the seats seem cut too large and are not drum tight like OEM. My installer added foam but were not able to get things as tight as I wanted.”
