“After having my car off the road for 7 months getting a full refurb, including painting, decals lights etc, I was really excited to have my new top fitted and tge car completed. I had the top professionally fitted by a trusted Upholstery company. I left the top up for the requested time before operating it. I have opened the top 3 times and noticed it's coming away from the rubbers (see attached pics) I'd love to hear your thoughts on how this may have happened”

“The Convertible Soft Top for Mercedes CLK (208) 1998-2003 with Heated Glass is made from high quality materials as you would expect from an item at this price point. It is beyond belief that Gahh doesn't supply a suitable zipper puller as part of the zippers. On this soft top there are 4 zippers that go across the roof and require a specialized zipper (and zipper puller that isn't included) Extremely disappointed that a $2 zipper puller wasn't included in the soft top replacement package as sewing the zippers together cost me considerably more on the installation than I had budgeted.”

“Roof didn't fit precisely to the car even though was installed by a recommended and approved contractor. There is about a 1/3 of inch that didnt connect in the interior part. Material is good, but fit should have been better”

“When I called GAHH after seven days of not receiving my order, I was surprised to find out that my convertible top order had not shipped. That was very disappointing. My order was an online order. Other than that hiccup, everything is fine so far.”

“Quality of the boot was great. Fitment was an issue, as my 1983 911SC had all snaps (a very early build) and the boot came with a combo of Tenax and snap fasteners. When calling GAHH, there seemed to be confusion as to what to do next. They promised to call me back, but did not, even after I called again and left a message. I decided to convert my car fasteners to Tenax to accommodate the boot which was a very tight fit requiring a lot of adjustment and massaging. Overall, I am satisfied, but think that the boot could have a slightly more generous fitting.”
