“I ordered replacement carpeting for an early model BMW 2002. The fitment looks good and the color and texture appear authentic to what was installed at the Factory. I am satisfied with this purchase.”

“A little shaky at first with the order and then reorder. But the product was great. The Technician's that installed (Lee's Upholstery, Newport News, VA) did a professional job. They even fixed the head liner at the same time of the install.”

“Impressed with the quality of the manufactured top. No information was given on the zippers and no zipper pull was included with the top which caused a significant delay in completing that part of the installation of the new convertible top. Final product came out well.”

“Very happy with the quality of the carpet I ordered and the quick shipping on it. The thing that I was not happy with is that I tried to get samples in order to decide which color I wanted to go with. I sent a request online at the website and also called. When I called the lady said the samples would be sent out in a few days. Nothing ever came from either request. I had a sample of one color which I had not requested from GAHH that I had gotten from another company. After thinking about it for a couple of months I took a chance that the color that GAHH had would match the sample I had already. As expensive as this carpet was I didn't want to end up with a color I could not use or return .Luckily it did. I'm happy with it but it would have been nice to see some other options”

“Overall the material seems very good. It would be very helpful if the company put out a video of the installation. Two areas where the material had a folded tab did not align with the intended fastener. Disappointed with the snap-on rivets. They did not stay snap together very well (used rivets instead).”

“All was as ordered.Called Francisco to confirm nothing else was needed.Something else was needed that had to ordered separately. The rubber seal that goes along the rear bottom of the top that keeps the water out. All else good quality looks great”

“I needed the male element of a Tenax fastener. I was disappointed that I had to take both the male and female elements as a package but, having said that, am pleased that they work properly and solved the problem.”

“I bought a bottom seat pad for a 1990 Mercedes 500SL,. It was delivered to Ireland quickly and looks like a high quality product. My reason for 4 stars is that it doesn't work for my car which has the rare fabric seats (the holes in the pad for tension hooks and metal bar supports are significantly different). It doesn't say leather only on the web site and to be fair, I don't think fabric was ever an option in the US. I should have checked first before I ordered, however it would be good to put a warning on the item description for future purchasers. I didn't bother returning as the postage/customers were/would be significant.”

“Hey gang, just a few words about GAHH. I typically don't write reviews but I`ll make an exception in their case. WHAT I LIKED. Their website is a simple straight forward way to navigate, research, find and purchase a product for your car. THATS GOOD !! The shipping was good, the item was well-protected, delivery time was reasonable. THATS GOOD!! After being told I didn't need to replace the top at this time and keeping it folded in the box too long could lead to fit-up issues down the road., so I decided to return the item. WHAT I didnt like. It took several attempts to get hooked up with the people to get the return started. They finally sent a return label w/RMA on it and I promptly returned the item. What I didn't like was, they didnt process the receipt of the return properly and it was holding up my refund, THATS NOT GOOD!! After I emailed them and finally getting a call back, the refund was processed, THATS GOOD!!! However, I have NO doubt GAHH is one of the best companies out there for replacement and restoration parts. But how my return and refund were handled is NOT GOOD..... should I be looking to a competitor for MY future purchases? This is why I don't like writing reviews because the truth IS one or two persons can be asleep at the switch and cause an unfair assessment of the company as a whole. I wish you the best R.L. “I mailed a carpet sample that was previously purchased from GAHH and followed up with an e-mail. I was attempting to purchase more of the same material but was not sure of the product name/number. The correct product was supplied, but the process appeared to confuse the sales representatives. I received one email and two phone messages in return, from three different people, none of which confirmed or offered to provide the product. It took several tries, but I was eventually able to place the order and received the product. I was somewhat concerned with the apparent lack of process for customer requests. Maybe this was because it was a fairly small order and I am only an occasional customer (hobby restorer, not a trim shop).”

“Excellent quality product, but for some reason the black fabric quickly faded in the Sun's UV to a deep blue. Don't know why. Still looks okay but not as nice as it should.”
