“I start to have some problems in the website, because was my first time, but i ask for help and Bob help me realy well, i apreciate the help, and everything go so much easy sinceghe help...I think Bob should receive an increase because he was very helpful and attentive and always tried to provide me with the best experience on the web page. “Didn't receive my order at first, so I sent an email to your support. They replied in less than 10 minutes, and the live chat support was great too. Only problem I had was I was unable to hear what the confirmer was saying over the phone.”
