“I was dubious at first, the game I wanted was £11 on Steam and £5 on Origin but only £2.99 on Gamers247. There was no option for PayPal at checkout which made me think scam. After a bit of investigation I decided to go for it and they even gave me an extra 10% discount at checkout! After checking out 5mins later the code was sent via e-mail with full instructions on how to redeem. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them too.”
Its actually because we have been scammed by Paypal and its users so many times that we no longer accept it as a payment method. We are happy though that you decided to go ahead with your purchase and had a positive experience Keir, have fun gaming :)

So the service was 'average' as you claim and yet you leave a 1 star review, which is a contradiction.
Also the email you sent us was;
"I clicked on the link to view digital content and it showed a blank page, I can no longer find this button."
We still have no idea what that means and instead of clarifying what you meant you decide to leave a 1 star review. How are we supposed to help you when we don't know what the problem is ?
There was nothing unprofessional about our reply we keep the emails short and to the point to avoid confusion and because we have to deal will lots of customers.

“I brought the wrong item and you wouldn't refund even though I emailed before I received the code then you replied as soon as I received the code saying that you can't refund as the code had already been sent. I also said that I wouldn't use it as I already had it and you still didn't give me a refund.”
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible prior to replying to any emails received. Telling us you won't use a key doesn't mean anything as there is no way to verify that. We have a clearly stated refund policy which is available to read beforehand, by purchasing from us you accept that. The buyer has openly admitted the mistake is entirely theres and yet gives us a 1 star review.
“So I sit here experiencing a back and forth of condescending dismissive emails from this sites staff. I just want my money back but it appears that is not something these people wish to do, although I am within 30 hours of my failed purchase, have not redeemed any keys and just not able to use their third party download service. Beware probably not a site to deal with if you want customer service and not to be robbed.”
We have evidence to show that the buyer has in fact claimed the games contrary to what she has posted here. We also have numerous emails from the buyer where she verbally abuses our customer support rep, unfortunately these emails are too vulgar to post here.
“Well purchased almost £30 worth of games to download yesterday but still have no access to Steam to download them with repeated messages that I don't have an account, this while signed into account and money taken. Not impressed. want my money back but apparently that is too much to ask. If I spend anymore time seeking customer service that offers redress and or refund I will spend more time reporting this site to whomever I can and yes I will expect my money back. Sort it out”
