“Very poor. When I ordered the game it was listed as in stock, but due to managerial changes, inventory it was no longer available for posting. I wasn't contacted about this, it was only after inquiring why it wasn't posted that I was told this. I was offered a refund or express delivery when it came in (by the end of the week). Despite it still shiwing up as in stock on the website it wasn't posted for over another week and then at standard delivery. Arrived in a too big box with nothing to pad the space and as such box now has a ding in one corner. No too much of a big deal to me but I know it is a big bug bear for others.”

“I was disappointed that it took five days after my order for GP to tell me that one of the items I ordered was not in stock. A further five days before goods were said to be posted. Another 5 days to find out that the goods posted had disappeared and had to be resent. All the while I had Christmas presents in the order which I had to wrap and resend. Frustratingly, all the emails I got from GP did not assign a person's name to the correspondence making it harder to know of any continuity.
Having said all this, once I got a phone call and spoke to someone, they were very helpful. They split my order so the items I was sending went direct to the end location and when an item was forgotten to be added they were very kind to resend it separately.

“Haven't opened the games because they are Christmas gifts but they arrived swiftly in New Zealand, in a box with paper packing surrounding the games and the tracking was great :) I would purchase from Games Paradise again.”
“Web site stated 6 days for delivery, now 11 days later and still waiting. This was a birthday present and was not here in time for the birthday. Postage is slow and web site was far from accurate. Poor performance.”
