“Purchased some garden furniture in November 2023 arrived with a missing cushion, phoned the same day, a cushion was sent that was completely different to the others told to return it and another will be sent, this never arrived, was told one will be with me in February 2024, never arrived was told March 2024 never arrived now I have a garden set that’s not usable-was told it would be 7-8 weeks, this has been a total Fob off to delay my complaint to obtain a refund I was told I had to return it in the original box (who keeps a rather large cardboard box for 5 months) not one phone call or email to update me on this…a total shambles if a company”
