Like others placed order on 11 April since then other than taking my money nothing at all. No reply to email. Nothing. If overwhelmed and asking for patience stop taking orders and money until you are sorted.

I’ve ordered two plants 6.3 weeks (10thApril2020) ago, and they haven’t arrived. Have tried to contact seller, no joy, they state they have a problem due to the virus..... reading other reviews and I’m becoming more and more convinced there a con/scam, reason being, in there latest update they stated they had stopped selling online until they had sorted there. outstanding orders. Well there still selling and I’ve not not received my order. They have till Friday then trading standards are getting a call. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely appalling service Delivery was 4 weeks late I ordered 3 items and only received 2 no communication awful service Do not use this company

I also ordered in early April, paid £137 and have received nothing. I have chased through the ticket system and have received an automated response. Really poor, I understand these are unprecedented times but stop taking orders and money. I would advise against placing an order with this company

I made an order 13th April and I have received nothing so far. Unable to make contact and refund not possible . Worst service ever. They need to be reported to the stranding standard. Do not order from these scammers

I hope more people read the feedback on this company and don't give them any more money. Sadly, I am in the same position as everyone else on here and to add insult to injury, not only are they STILL taking orders/peoples money and not responding to emails or telephone calls, they are now sending out automated replies to their 'ticket' system. It is incredulous that they have not closed their website down, until they can deliver what people are paying them for. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour...I will not be dealing with this company ever again!!

Disgraceful service. They have taken my money and have not delivered my goods. If they couldn’t cope with demand then they should have stopped taking orders. The email I had for them bounced back so now not sure if they are even trading anymore. I have now contacted my credit card company to get my money back

Terrible!! Waited 5 weeks after paying £180 and no response to email and when they arrived 2 plants were completely dead and the others very dissapointing, and surprise surprise no response after requesting a refund!! Will never use again and would not recommend at all!! DO NOT USE THEM

Like everyone else, I ordered plants in good faith on the 8th of April under the mistaken impression that I was helping keeping British Gardening businesses afloat During the Covid crisis . How wrong I was! Nothing received from them and it is now the 19th of May! I was prepared to wait A reasonable amount of time but this is excessive. I’ve given up hope.

Ordered 1 plant on 24/4/20 at a cost of £99.99 . On 2/5/20 I received a email From them to reassure me that my order was in hand and that they would be shipping shortly so in good faith on 10/5/20 I placed another order for £59.99 since then I’ve tried to contact Gardenexpress numerous times as I’m beginning to get suspicious,I’ve had no contact off them only generic emails blaming Covid but not even addressing my order ,there is no other way of contacting them I am not on any social media platforms so would like anyone reading this to be warned it’s been a costly mistake for me please avoid this disgusting rip off company .

Never known such bad service . Completely outgrown their usefulness. As has been mentioned loads of self promotion, take your money and you’re left without any back up. If my order ever arrives I will not use them again. Other online plants are being delivered so what’s the problem I ask.

I placed my order on 18th April, the payment was taken from my account the same day. On 26th April I received an e-mail from them saying that the order would be delayed. I have tried to contact them several times with no success. I have already consulted my bank as to the next step, given that this payment should not have been taken from my account until item despatched.

I ordered 15 April and heard nothing until an email that said be patient. I have had no communication since. I have requested a refund but nothing received. I will have to raise this with my card provider to see if I can obtain a refund from them. I am also going to report to Trading Standards. Gardening Express should have stopped taking orders a long time ago. They take the money and then expect people just to wait. I am also seeing pics of very substandard plants if and when they do arrive.

I placed an order on 10th April and 2 months later I still havent received it. Their customer service is rude and automated and there is no opportunity to cancel. Never ever again will I use this company.

Still haven't got my £42 worth of plants. Have had a email that everything is in hand. I purchased begining of April. I think we've all been ripped off too looking at all the reviews. ShoUldale have checked before. !!!!!!

Just to add to the list of bad reviews. Ordered on 20/4, messaged several times, threatened to cancel credit card payment, no option to communicate directly with them, what a con. While their FB page asks paying customers to be patient one would think that that patience requested requires some type of response from them. What a mistake ordering from them.

Ordered plants on 10th April, no plants have been received. Will now contact credit card company to retrieve cost. Have contacted company no reply. Never again.
