Awful. Ordered mid April - arrived late and bearing NO resemblance to photos on the website and half dead. Clearly never getting a refund king at other reviews. DO NOT USE. I never ever post reviews but felt compelled to do so this time. Wish I'd read the reviews beforehand.

I have already posted on this website, however, yesterday I received an e-mail from them with an apology once again blaming Covid-19 and assuring me that my plant was in the process of being'processed'. I had already received a similar e-mail way back on April 26 after I ordered on the 18th and the payment was immediately taken from my card. Allegedly with this e-mail I can cancel but only if the 'cancel' section appears on my account which will not happen if my order is already being processed. Guess what - no it's not there. Do I assume my order is on its way? Bet it isn't!

Disgusting Service! Same experience as everyone else. Plants ordered 11th April, no delivery. Sent 4 support tickets asking for my money back but only received generic replies. The plants I ordered were spring/early summer and it is now probably too late to plant them, even if they did arrive. At no point did this greedy company think that it might be a good idea to stop taking new orders and catch up with the ones they already have or give refunds for the orders they cannot fulfil. I do not see a future for this company when the current problems are over, as who will use them when they read all these bad reviews!

Ditto! Placed order on 24.4.20 (600513464). Received 'please bear with us' email on 2.5.20. No further communication and still no plants. Like other reviews mention I think this company is taking advantage of the present situation, if not I think they should certainly think about a name change. Thank goodness local garden centres are open now.

This outfit should be done under the Trades Description legislation as "Express" it is not. Order placed 12/4/20, delivered 22/5/20 and one of the plants was dead. Chased up to find out when during the waiting period, and all we got was "Covid". Other companies also got orders from us, all were way better than this outfit, with deliveries from a couple of days to about 1 week. We use Facebook, and have noticed their updates, and rants when people leave bad feedback for them, even threats to block them. PLEASE BLOCK US, so we can't use you again.

Ordered £56.85 worth of plants in mid April 2020 still nothing been delivered and no way to contact them! If only I had read the reviews first I would not have bothered with them! Very disgusted to say the least

Ordered plants on 10th April and they have still not arrived. You can’t phone this company. So raised a ticket to chase the plants and still no communication. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

AVOID THIS COMPANY I am not a regular reviewer but, even I have been prompted to record my experience as it has been really poor. At the point of sale Garden Express quoted a 3-5 day delivery (with an Covid addendum extending that to 15 days). Since, I placed my order over 40 days ago, Garden Express have not responded to any of my communications or provided me with a delivery date. As such, I have cancelled my order and logged a dispute with my bank about the transaction. The bank refunded the costs of the transaction and will now contact Garden Express to recover their costs. I would recommend that anyone who has ordered goods from this company but, not received them within the timescale set-out at the point of sale, to take similar action.

Very late delivery some.plants dead some missing. Tried contacting via the ticket systemseveral times but have been ignored very very disapointing. I work on the front line and am not well

Just don,t use them, they are an absolutely appalling company. And when this is all over, I will be making sure trading standards are made aware of the scam this company is perpetrating, everytime day they have my money, and I don,t have my goods. BE AWARE,VERY AWARE, DO NOT USE. !!!

It’s been a month since I placed my order. When order placed website said 2 weeks. I have e-mailed twice and had no reply. Still waiting for my order to date. Awful company. Please avoid avoid avoid.

Just like every other customer has said do not buy from these people. No communication, no plants and no refunds. Bandits, cowboys call them what you will. I just hope no one ever buys from them again.

No plants after ordering on the 18th April ! Opened tickets but no response !!! No contact number ! Took the money straight away and stated 10-15 days dispatch!! Covid is the excuse ! I would of received goods from China faster than this !!! Feeling very annoyed. Very poor customer service !! If they cant fulfil customer orders then dont take our money !!!!!!!!

A complete shambles, do NOT use this company! Ordered a plant as a gift, 15 days later it hadn't been despatched so I cancelled it. 10 days after that, they sent it out anyway - far too late, I'd sent an alternative by then from elsewhere. They'd taken the money immediately and have not given a refund. No communication at all from them. Wish I'd read these reviews before as I'm clearly not the only one.

I ordered my plants on 23/4/20 it is now 24/5/20 3 emails in and no reply as to what’s happening to my order I am still waiting what an absolute sham will never order from this company ever again.

Don’t buy from here they take your money and that is it, you can’t call them they don’t reply emails. This is definitely a scam.

This is my first time to order from Garden Express. All of my plants were very healthy and packed very well. I will definitely buy again from Garden Express. Thank you very much.

Like the previous comment, Covid seems to be an excuse for poor customer service. Ordered 10th April - no acknowledgement of my order or when it would be delivered. They debited my account immediately. After a couple of weeks of no correspondence I emailed to cancel as I had sourced plants elsewhere. They acknowledged the email but no refund. 3 emails later asking point blank for a refund - I did NOT want the plants, still no refund. They finally delivered my (pretty poor quality) plants nearly 6 WEEKS LATER and had the cheek to tell me that as they had been delivered I was not entitled to a refund. SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

GREEDY, MONEY GRABBING ORGANISATION WHO TAKE YOUR CASH AND THEN DO NOT REFUND IT DESPITE WAITING 6 WEEKS AND TRYING TO CANCEL OVER 3 EMAILS.
