The order of plants was incomplete. So far they have not sent the missing plants or refunded the money nor replied to my last two e-nails. The credit card company is dealing with the refund.

Plants arrived in awful condition and half dead. Raised a ticket for a refund but heard nothing from them in weeks. A complete conn, don't buy from this company.

I have reported this company to the other review site TrustPilot for filtering invited reviews and only putting five start ones on there even though lots of people have been invited to review and given bad reviews, those ones never make it here. TP is investigating the pattern of these reviews. If you look at other review sites like this one where you cannot pay to be a member and put invited reviews on and manipulate it like you can on TrustPilot, they get 99% bad bad bad reviews. I suspect the sites like this one are more like reality of experience. Chris Bonnet wrote an article on 'how to get good online reviews'. Hey Chris, how's this for an idea, give a good service and refunds when necessary, then you may get genuine good reviews without having to fake them and then have the nerve to brag out it online! I would trust this and BritainReviews more than TrustPilot, as these ones are genuine reviews that are from genuine customers.

A complete fraud!! If I could give you minus stars I would!! Spent or should I say WASTED so much money on plants barely alive when they arrived!! Don’t make me laugh by calling your lack of response to my complaints, customer service. Fraud is more like it - WARNING - never shop with this company, they take your money & ignore your emails - Appalling!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Appalling quality plants and customer service. Still waiting for a replacement Daphne from last year. No replies to my emails requesting service. This is illegal surely.

Box plants arrived quickly and look ok. One has a few yellowing leaves though and is in a badly broken pot. Soil has spilled out and this will make it difficult to both re-cycle the Box and to take the Plant into the garden for re-potting. A bit disappointed

Ordered an expensive plant hoping for it to be delivered "express"ly - tried to contact them over a period of 4 weeks and had no reply other than an email saying a 'ticket' had been raised. They also advertise 'chat online' but it never worked. Over 6 weeks later plant arrived half dead. I paid £20 for it when it was probably worth £2. Don't ever use this company!

It’s the end of August and I still don’t have my APRIL order. I just get standard replies to my emails saying they are very busy and my order may take 2-4 weeks..... it’s been 5 months!!!! When I request a refund, I just get ignored. They are CROOKS, do not buy from these people!

Would give it zero if possible. Please do not buy from this company!! Plants arrived all badly damaged or dead. Raised complaint and 4 weeks later still no resolution and only two blanket automated responses blaming it being busy. Even though the plants were badly damaged or dead they were also nothing like described and much small then the description said they would be. Waste of time and money!

We placed an order of £140.. Took months to arrive via Yodal.. First package arrived all dead except the two parms.. Second package arrived A WEEK later and expectidly dead.. Yodal driver just shrudded his shoulders.. Raised a ticket, send pictures.. Told them I wanted a refund NOTHING!!!! I'm an hour away from Chelmsford so will give them a visit and thank you for stealing my money. Where are TRADING STANDARDS when you need them..

I placed an order months ago some of the order arrived but the £49.95 cherry tree was in the delivery despite me sending emails I still haven't received a tree or a refund. It is appalling customer service I work very hard for my money and I can't afford to lose it to an inad equate company like this. Save beforehand money and most definitely shop else where. I wish I had read the reviews befoe shopping here.

Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is non existent. You cannot contact them at all and if you manage to find contact details they totally ignore you. The quality of the plants is dreadful. Please please keep your money in your pocket dont keep this company in business taking hard earned money from the public dispicable

I am still waiting for my Order. As its now 12 days, i tried to find a telephone number to see when they should arrive. Then i saw all these terrible complaints and pictures. So come on Gardening Express. You put adverts in the TV magazines, with offers. No-one seems to be happy. Send my plants. Else yet another complaint coming your way. The one star is only to allow us to contact you. When i researched for telephone number............guess there isnt one. That should warn us all.

AWFUL COMPANY! please do not waste your hard earned money on this company I am still chasing them for an answer and refund - they took my money in April with no problem and end of May I received dead and rotting plants that cost me nearly £50; since then I’ve sent pictures of the plants ( didn’t even receive all of my order) and they continue to say this is being ‘progressed’ having just checked my GE account and they have closed the tickets! I will continue to pursue them and will see if Trading Standards can assist

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED THEY DON'T EVEN HONOUR THEIR PROMISE OF 5 YEAR GUARANTEE. One star is not enough for this company plants arrived nearly dead and two are now dead despite being a knowledgeable gardener I have not been able to revive them. You are wasting your time sending an email or raising a ticket as they do not answer you and eventually the ticket I guess gets deleted. I am so appauled as i ordered online as i could not go to a garden centre because of radiotherapy at the time. How can you treat your customers like this and take their money and sleep at night?!

over 12 weeks and still waiting.I have contacted them many times in the only way available,by email. I have asked for a refund because I now have no need of the plants,it's too late. I received an answer today telling me I would get my plants,no mention of a refund. I am so angry now with these people,all my emails to them have been polite but they really don't care. I have bought loads of things including plants,on line.Never ever have I dealt with a company with so little thought for their customers.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE this company should have it’s trading licence revoked I ordered my plants on 11th May on 28th June I contacted them to see if they had a delivery date for me and was told they had been delivery on 22nd June Rubbish!! later said they had went missing!! Contacted them again and again and getting fob ever time of even recorded a letter to manager asking refund last week but still no joy So my advice DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Would have given no stars if I could have

8 weeks wait for a delivery of 2 sick dying plants. If there was a rating of "- 5 stars" that would have been for their business, plants quality and customer service. Ordered 2 plants in April, they arrived beginning of July only after I requested a refund for no delivery. I could have lived with the delay considering the exceptional circumstances of COVID 19, but for the state of the plants they sent. The plants were rusty, dying. Wrote to them quite a few complaints without response. They just do not care. They advertise on their web side 5 yrs guarantee of their products but would not even respond to a simple complaint. They will provide you with SHAMBLES of a SERVICE and the POOREST QUALITY of PLANTS, will take your money and would not want to hear any from you, disregarding all the guarantees and pledges they put on their web side. Complete disregard and lack of respect for their customers!

Goods ordered 22nd July , money taken from account that day . Now 22nd August received no plants & no refund .. e nailed them several times they said the order had been lost at Yodels Hatfield depot but has done nothing other than constantly tell me to be patient . They are a rubbish company do not order from them !!!!!!
