Chased for delivery, arrived a couple of days late Plaint was in awful condition, had been munched by bugs, the bottom leaves of the 'tree' were yellow with spot on denoting disease, those that hadn't already fallen off. Photo's sent to prove condition of plant to 'customer services' who told me it wasn't in poor condition!!!!!!! This is daylight robbery!

Neither however would still be alive had I not known how to look after them! I contacted gardening express who tried to pass the blame for damage on to the delivery company over and over again! The delivery company is not at fault! Knotting carrier bags tightly around stems and leaves and then sellotaping the pots together is what has caused the damage! They will not even comment on the thrip issue and the repeated response is they will be OK in the long run! Can you imagine receiving a dress which is ripped and telling a customer don't worry you can repair it and it will be fine in the long run! Each email takes a minimum of 48 hours for them to respond so this back and forwards has been going on for what feels like an age now! The response I received 2 days ago was to return the plants at my own expense to get a refund if I'm unhappy, they refuse to do anything else as the plants are alive.

Were do I start waited ages for delivery but when it did arrive disappointed is an understatement got a full refund but bitterly disappointed with quality and size of fuchsia cuttings was a joke lavender was near dead soil dry stems brown like they had been scorched overall a very bad experience with quality of goods but on the other hand refund was promptly given.

They also sent me three pathetically small plants that were clearly much smaller than those on their web site - I sent two emails to Gardening Express, one to the person I was liaising with regarding the delivery the second via their web site - neither were replied to.

99 delivery What I expected was 2 full tall plants of 90 to 1.

I took images, out the flowers in the bin and emailed the company straight away however, the customer service lady advised a refund or replacement would not be provided without images of the individual plants, pots and the delivery note.

Absolutely shocking delivery, placed order over 10 days ago, still nothing. Emailed and got the same standard it could be 7-10 days if its peak season. Appalling for £6.99 delivery!!! Not holding out much hope of these bulbs being in a decent state when arrive either. There's a reason they are cheap, i'll pay more next time and go elsewhere. Avoid

I had to resort to emailing the legal departments of this company and their delivery arm DX delivery as I had no response to my queries and lies re delivery etc via their so-called help section on the website I would recommend this route for other complainers...it seems to get a response but I had to do a google search for the company legal department Will never use again Just waiting for my refund to be processed

No plants told it was put for delivery 5/10 and again 6/10. Have messaged and no return message call nothing appalling avoid this firm like the plague
