Customer Service dreadful....only a chatline is available. Gardening Express offer no guarantee and only accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery. This is unreasonable since it takes more than 2 weeks to establish whether a plant is healthy or whether it will fail. I spent just short of £90 for supposedly mature plants, they were not!! No replacement or credit offered so use a different supplier!

The pictures on the web sight very misleading,they are fully grown plants. The one you receive are very small, not worth the money, no phone number and you have to pay for returns, anywhere is better to shop for plants shrubs Not gardening express.

they put the onus on the customer to identify poor quality plants that they have sent out, don't give you sufficient time to complain and charge you for returns.

I received a buddleia plant on 13the August in the most appalling condition. . I was told it was "thirsty". It's twigs and dead leaves. The customer services system is impossible and there is no contact number or email.
I was told that I would have to pay postage and return it. Looking at reviews I gather that returns to them get mislaid and its a real palaver returning a plant. .
