“ The Acer tree which was hardly alive - I immediately emailed customer service with photos and was told I should leave it a week or two - well that’s what I did and it died - I’ve contacted them again and apparently it’s my fault as I didn’t repot it!!! It did not need repotting and as I have a large collection of Acers I know what I’m talking about. ”

They blame post but clearly the tree was not healthy when posted. They send you rubbish via post and blame the post. I will Never recommend or buy from again. Be very careful ordering from this rubbish scam company. ”
