Ordered on 12th April no order received. No way to contact company. They take your money straight away. If they cannot deliver promptly they should not be taking money. Beginning to think they are just a bogus company. How are this company still allowed to trade? Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 6th April no plants no replies to any emails and I can’t even raise a ticket on their website. This company is a joke and going by all the other reviews a bunch of thieves.. do not buy from them.

Ordered over £100 plants on 7th April 2020 raised ticket on 25th April still no reply. I normally read reviews but on this occasion didn't so wished I had. No response or correspondence explaining why no goods delivered. According to my account my order is still being processed no option to cancel and guess what all plant's I ordered are now out of stock. I have had to raise a refund request with my credit card company. Absolutely disgusting service or lack of !!!! This company needs to learn communication and not acceptable that there is no phone number.... wonder why !!!!

No communication. No plants arrived. No way to contact them at all . Unacceptable and they are still taking orders. Can’t find out where they’re based. Are they a real company?

If I could I would give zero stars. Ordered from them on 17 April. Nothing received. Not even an update. Send a query and receive an automated response. Wouldn't order from them ever again.

Placed an order on 7th April for £63 of plants. No response to communications, no delivery,.... Website says delivery may take up to 15 days... It is now over a month later.... I have no confidence i will see either goods or money back. If i could state 0 stars, i would. Feel conned.

I ordered variuous palms, within hours after speaking to a friend whom had a bad experience with Gardening Express, wewnt back on line to cancel!, system woulkd not allow me to cancel!, I therefore sent an urgent message by their meassage system 9as no telephone nois available, also their chat service closed down! I then sent a letter 1st class confirming cancellation. Nothing in reply. I then went back into account, cancelling again!, no reply, I have again sent a further letter re cancellation, and asking why monies had been taken from credit card, even though Gardening Express strate they do not take any monies from card unti 24 hours before delivery. Barclay card have coinfirmed wrong amount was taken from my card within hours of order!!!! I have requested a full refund, items cancelled, but totally ignored. This company seem to be useing the Virus as an excuse!!! Even their phone no is not in service!!!!!! All other companies have got back within hours! Have reported to Trading Standards, The Daily Mail. BEWARE I BELIVE THIS IS A SCAM AS HAVE SEEN PHOTOS OF THE POOR QUALITY OF PLANT DELIVERED ON LINE!! Due to customer service alone would rate this company not even a ZERO!!!!!

I order some perrenials on the 10th April, I've never heard a thing! I order form two other Nurseries online about the same time and they came 2weeks ago! Can't get hold of anyone emailed and got an automated response saying they were busy???!!

Order placed first week of April for daughter’s birthday. Still not received despite their website saying my order was sent. Hermes Tracking say that they received tree damaged and they have returned. Have raised 2 tickets and no response. I will raise this with my credit card co tk see if they can help refund

Would also no stars if I could. Took money, no items, no means of contact. Thieves. I have contacted trading standards and bank to try and get my money back. DO NOT USE

Ordered on the 6th of April took money and no correspondence since. Raised tickets and only reply I got was standard "times are hard staffing problems blah blah blah in 15 days we will be delivering" ok it's been 19 working days now and still no response no plants nothing over £150 quid worth of plants not expected to arrive at all and going by other people's experience so far if anything arrives it probably be dead anyway. I'm going to be raising this with trading standards now and I suggest other people do and get the company shut down!!!!!!

Ordered plants 5th April still not arrived and no updates whatsoever even though I have raised 2 tickets. I understand due to the times we are in delivery will be slower than usual, but this is ridiculous, I have had products ordered after this from abroad and they have arrived, do not take orders and money from customers if you cannot provide the service.

Like other reviewers I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a delivery. I have not received any replies to my emails or from their own customer message facility.

Ordered goods 10thApril, still waiting 2nd May. DO NOT USE THIS DREADFUL company. Garden EXPRESS, you must be joking, useless company. NEVER AGAIN.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering over £70 of plants which haven't arrived after nearly 4 weeks of waiting. Nothing on their slick web site... we all understand its a difficult time, be nice to know if its on its way..quick enough to take my money bet I will have no chance of getting it back so might as well wait and see what arrives...!

Like others, I have had no information from the company and no word about my order made on the 11th April. I have now taken to Twitter to see if that gets a response - but I'm not holding out much hope! Sadly I wouldn't use this company again - I know that things are tricky at the moment, but don't take customer's money and then disappear - not a great business model.

Ordered and paid on 9th April. No delivery, And also no response to two tickets raised . You cannot call and it seems the only option to make contact is a ticket system which I am still awaiting a a response despite submitting an enquiry several times. Absolute disgrace that they cannot operate and ignore customers once they have taken their money . It seems I am not the only customer let down by this Company. Ultimately this Company have defrauded me out of my money Like many others . They have not honoured their contract. Please do not use this Company. watchdog needs to get involved .

I placed an order nearly 4 weeks ago. Not received and emailed loads of times. No replies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS
