Order took 7 weeks. By then I had cancelled because I would no longer be at that property. No one ever reads emails and despite me sending a further 3 the delivery was still made! Plants are now dying in my porch. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Now I have a months long fight to recover my money!!!! Dreadful dreadful dreadful!!!!

What went wrong? You took my £100+ Over 14 weeks ago, but have only delivered part of the order (after 11 weeks), which was just ‘okay’, not great. No sign of the outstanding items, and you have tried telling me that these were delivered. No response to tickets raised, other than your automated claptrap. You should be truly ashamed. My solicitor is trying to determine contact details, but surprise surprise to no avail, so I am now approaching the bank to reimburse. Companies I’ve yours do not deserve to survive the Covid pandemic. People be warned x avoid like the plague!

Terrible terrible company, I logged a support ticket back when I ordered my plants in March number 105,780, I followed it up again today, almost 4 months later, and the ticket number is 166,643 That's almost 61,000 complaints (presumably you don't raise a query if it's good news!) in 4 months. I expect none have been responded to, and have not got their plants, or they are dead, and all have like me been refused a refund. So think about that number - 61,000 customers with issues. Think about that number again. Then think about if you really want to give your money to this utterly disgraceful scam of a company....

I wish I had checked out these reviews before purchasing fifty pounds worth of dwarf lupins. The carefully package plants (according to their marketing) was each sellotaped into white plastic carry bag. The large plant snapped at the stalk the others long stalk and on leaf and a 2 inch stump of 3 leaves.... Nothing like the 3 and 2 litre plants advertised. Anyhow see for yourself. I tried complaining and asking for solution and got a ticket number. No response several weeks later. Now the website closed the email inbox so tried to locate a phone number🤬none found. So now trying to send a request for refund but no way of getting the complaint to this company. Total waste of money I've been robbed and it seems this company been ripping off customers for a while. I'm not made of money and am currently off longtime sick recovering from heart failure and breast cancer. I bought these plants to cheer up my mother who use to garden, but no longer mobile due to dementia and siatica. What an evil bunch of people I hope they get investigated and charged for what they are doing.

My dahlias were delivered on 2 June in a very poor state, I immediately took photos and sent them to Gardening Express, the reply said my complaint had been passed to the next tier. I have sent a further six emails requesting a refund for the dead plants but have heard nothing. I wished I had checked the reviews prior to placing my order with this company, needless to say I won’t be using them again and I suppose I wont see my £20.

Fraudsters, do not use this company, I ordered and paid for plants in April, looks like I will not be getting them now, after very many attempts to contact the so called company via support tickets ( the only way they will allow you to contact them) and by recorded delivery letter which they sent back opened saying the offices are closed due to covid! They will not engage with you so they can keep your money- shame on them, I have raised it with trading standards. This company doesn't seem to care as I have now read similar reviews from 2018- how can they still trade?

Wish I had come here first! ordered plants in April, waited weeks, when they did arrive, (late June) they were dead and those that weren't were sticks with brown leaves attached, no tags, no idea what they are apart from the half dead Gardenia! I have emailed, sent photo's, raised tickets to no avail! I think after reading another review here I will contact my credit card company.Spent over £100 with them! FRAUDSTERS AVOID!

This company is acting fraudulently. I wish I had read the reviews here before wasting my money. The only department working well is the one that takes your money within hours of you placing your order…shame the rest of the company fails miserably!! We placed our order in April and are still waiting…we have requested a refund via their ticket system, but our request is repeatedly being ignored. This is probably because they are spending their time creating their own 5 star reviews…SHAMEFUL behaviour In my view this company is using the Covid situation as an excuse to take money from customers and not supply the goods.

The clematis was almost dead. It was just a thin stem with a few dead leaves. Could not revive it. I had waited ages...what a rip off.

I am very pleased with the plants I received. They arrived well packed and they were in good condition. Delivery was quick considering the pandemic. I highly recommend Gardening Express

I put the plants into compost in the hope they might revive but they didn't. The plants are dead. In my view this company is using the Covid situation as an excuse to take money from customers and not supply the goods.

Several of the plants I ordered were dead or in such bad condition they died within 24 hours. There was one plant missing from the order. In addition to this the plants were considerably later arriving than had been promised. I have been trying to get them to answer my complaint for nearly a month now but I am still awaiting a proper response. as requested I included photographs of the plants to back up my complaint. Sadly you have to give at least one star. I would much prefer to give them zero. Not only for the plants I received but also for the way they have treated me. It seems such a shame that in this difficult time, when gardening is such a therapeutic activity, that a company like this takes advantage of people by taking their money and giving no customer service support. At this moment in time this is not a company that I would recommend anyone doing business with. Clearly the way the company performs is down to the leadership/owners of this company and it is equally clear from my experience so far that they are not well led.

I ordered a Blackberry Nip rose bush. My plant arrived in a very damaged box. One branch was hanging off and had to be removed leaving quite a sparse plant. Some leaves were dead and others quite wilted. No tag in the plant pot to say what the rosebush is - no buds so can't say. The pot was wrapped in a plastic bag which had been sellotaped onto a part of the plant. I waited 5 weeks for this delivery and I wish I had never ordered it now.
