“Really feel I need to give Gardening Express a positive review! I'm very pleased with my plant. After reading countless negative reviews I was expecting the worse. Ok..it did take a few weeks to arrive but Garden Express did stress this may happen due to high demand through the pandemic and updated me with emails of the progress of my delivery. I am now in possession of a very pretty Clemetis. Very happy me.”

“Oh my goodness what a scam! Ordered 2 French Lavender plants as a gift for my daughter. The condition is terrible…..the pots are broken and plants little more than dried weeds! Took almost a week to be delivered! DO NOT BUY ANY PLANTS FROM THIS SITE.”

“very pleased with citrus trees i purchased, was a little concerned after reading reviews but need not have worried, only thing wrong was one pot was damaged so no trouble to replace pot. Thank you very much.”

“Was concerned by previous reviews but decided to go ahead and am pleased i did. I ordered a Winter Jasmine and it arrived promply, is of good quality and size, was well packaged and a good value. Will use again.”

“I was sorry to see so many poor reviews as although my own order started badly when I received a small tree in poor condition, when I reported it I received an immediate response and a replacement tree. Thank you, Gardening Express, good recovery.”

“Well I’m sorry all Of you, that think gardening express is awful, Ive just received my order of plants which look very healthy and well watered which taking the present weather I think is amazing. They are also the size they were offered, very often I've bought plants that turned out to be just plugs - so i will report back when they have been planted and are growing - for now I’m very impressed with the service and pleased with my plants”

“After waiting nearly a month for my rhododendran plant it finally arrived today. I must say that the plant is in first class condition and was packed very neat and securely. I know people, including myself, have complained several times about the long delivery times and conditions of the sent goods but I must speak as I find and say the plant was well worth the extra two or three weeks wait. Will certainly deal with them again if all their stuff is dispatched in this condition.”

“Judging by other reviews on here I’m going to buck the trend. Our order was about nearly 3 weeks coming, but I got a couple of e.mails explaining this. When it arrived it was fine, lovely plants that I am very happy with, this is my first order with Gardening Express and would definitely use again. Perhaps I was lucky!”

“Some exceptional prices on bulbs in the winter sales. I've ordered plenty to stock up. A couple of items were missing from the first order but that was swiftly resolved, with a second order. I would buy again.”
