“I was checking there website for a burner for my blow lamp this showed they were out of stock Within a few days I received a message saying This was now back in stock so ordered it and received it within a very few days well pleased With that service”

“Hamilton Gas Products sent out my items quickly and they arrived safely and on time. The 2 full bore 22mm isolation valves have been fitted and are working great even on my 7/8ths sanded down copper pipes.”

“Hamilton was fine - the post office delivered to an address that was NOT on the form. Then they took it to a Depot and as it was for my son....he cannot collect it so it stays there. So Ive bought something that is stuck in a Depot - why it could not be delvered by Royal Mail is a mystery? David”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We are very sorry to hear about the issue your son has had with the Royal Mail delivery of the order. We have checked the tracking, and according to Royal Mail, they attempted to deliver on 19/09 at 11.21am. There was no one available to accept the delivery and no safe place to leave it, so the delivery was taken to the local customer service pick-up point. We can see the order was collected from the customer service pick-up point on 26/09 at 09.17am. We are very sorry for the time and inconvenience it has caused.
