Product went missing, left high and dry, had to make lots of phone calls eventually had to get refund

I had recently tried to return 2 faulty Cleese CSR485 OPSO manual changeover regulators at your shop, and although the staff were fantastic to deal with, I was very disappointed with your returns policy, as I had to buy 2 replacement regulators and was told I could be waiting 6 weeks on a refund. This seems very unfair that I have to be out this extra money during the significant waiting time for refund.

Tried to offload out-of-date products onto me. When complained, couldn't have cared less. Still waiting on my refund!

ordered a number of PB300 Pegler lever ball valves received the same number of "fake" pegler no brand substitutes some of which were incomplete. Called Hamilton to sort a return and refund. Their response was we knew they weren't Pegler but sent them anyway. Shocking. Valves have been returned and I await the refund

I am now waiting for a refund after their gas engineer had checked the heaters.

The Customer Services man said we cannot get a refund as Gas has been passed through the appliance.

Avoid this terrible company. They sent me a damaged part, and will not replace or refund. Terrible after sales, they do not respond quickly to emails. And after a drawn out complaints procedure, and reporting them to trading standards, they have the audacity to send me 2 emails asking for a review.

Sent back approx ten days ago as there is a fault with it. It will not light so far. it has not been fixed. I am waiting for my refund. I am not happy with the service I have received. I do hope you can sort this out as soon as possible, Regards Joe Young
