“The Gaslow WAVE was an easy fit device but the setting up was a little more complicated. Once I found out the correct way after removing it the WAVE provides an easy way to access the level of gas, product as described and came in good time.”

“I tried to order a couple of small items on line - it wouldn't work. I phoned them and spoke to Mark. He suggested that I try once more, as some customers were experiencing problems with their servers, and should it still fail to ring him back. Well, it didn't work, so I phoned and got through to Mark again. Within minutes he'd taken the order, sorted the delivery address and taken the payment details, all in a very polite manner. I should add, that in both instances the phone was answered within 5 or 6 seconds, and straight through to a human. What a pleasant and unexpected experience. Prompt delivery too.”

“Product was fine BUT the website gives you the impression that you can apply a discount code if you sign-up for marketing. After entering my email address I entered the discount code provided but it wasn't accepted. Naf!”
