“I ordered on the 8th October. By the 17th I rang up to find out where my order was. I was told that he would ring me back. He didn't when I rang later i was told that my order had gone to Athlone but another one was on the way to me. It arrived promptly but when I fitted it I noticed, in the nozzle, there appeared to be something which looked like welding slag. I poked it out with a needle and it all works fine.”

Our staff member was waiting on the courier to confirm where the order was, and the quickest way to resolve it. As soon as we had that information, we sent the replacement order. We are sorry to hear about the imperfection on the nozzle of the unit. We have raised this with the products manufacturer. We are glad you were able to resolve it.

“My boiler engineer pointed me towards Hamilton because of the competitive prices. My order came, but there was a slight mistake with it. A quick call (to an actual person who knew exactly what they were talking about) soon had the order rectified. An excellent service who I will definitely use again.”
