I have purchased the Gaston Luga Splash Backpack (Black) from Gaston Luga LazMall flagship store Singapore online.
Ordered on 1-Jan-2021, item received on 11-Jan-2021. It took 10 days to deliver even though the product shipped from your China factory to Singapore. The main point is, I have received a faulty bag. This is so disappointing when i did not get a reply from your LazMall flagship store after reporting the damaged item received.
