“I was so pleased to find that making this will was so incredibly easy. I'm not stupid, by any means but for legalities & technicalities, I need plain english. From beginning to end, it was simple, easy to understand & I felt great relief knowing I could do it without any problems. It was straightforward, no ambiguity, in plain english & I'm really grateful.”

“Very easy and straightforward, and makes you aware of the issues that need to be considered. It's not a criticism, but this awareness has now made me reluctant to finalise the process as I'm not sure I can clearly think through all the issues without some further thought and guidance. I really appreciate the opportunity to do this.”

“Free, easy to use and steps you through the process. The wills are supported by charities, but you're not obligated to name them in your will. If you have less than $1m in assets then this is the best way to pledge them to your beneficiaries. However, if you have more than $1m, best to speak to a solicitor about tax-advantaged ways of setting up your will (so that more goes to your family and less to the tax man).”

“It's pretty good, I like it , however I don't like the percentage way , I would like it to be itemised , ie the house at this address should go to my son etc.”
