“I recently wrote a will using your service. You then sent me an email asking for a review. And in that email told me that as a thank you for my feedback, you'd credit my account with free updates for life. That's all well and good. However, your site clearly states that updates are, and will always be free. So how is that a special thank you? It's what you state is offered to everyone anyway.”

“Whilst the site stated free, and I would get a copy emailed as will those that were part of my wishes to enforce my will. No one received a copy.”

“Great it's free but I couldn't correct the incorrect date of birth and couldn't correct a spelling mistake for the recipient, it now thinks I have 2 recipients and I can't delete the spelling mistake, I would think I can't never use this will as it now recognise me as already made the will.”

“I attempted twice on this site and unfortunately on both occassions it omitted vital information that I had input on the site. Left out two important sections. No good to me.”
