“Gazman Sorrento purchased a Linen jacket and trousers. Sales person Billy was the sales person(he normally works at the Mornington store Ii was shocked when he proceeded to wrap the jacket which was badly creased. I asked would you please steam the jacket he said he would but there were no suit covers?. i have always received amazing customer service from the staff at Sorrento but on this occasion service well well short. I felt I was a nuisance.
