“The woman I spoke to was called Sam and I just wanted to say that it was honestly one of the best customer services that I have had in a while. She was so nice and friendly and so helpful and made me feel so comfortable when i'm choosing my insurance, Thank you!”

“Wrote my beautiful Audi A4 off exactly 10 days ago, my own stupid fault, wet road lost control, had £5k outstanding on finance, valued the vehicle at £4k online, market value £5k online. Was going to be stuck in debt because of this, then Dugless from claims asked a few question, says vehicle is valued at £5900!!! Said didn't matter what I valued at paying out what is FAIR! Insurance companies being fair? When did this happen, not only cleared the finance, but enough money to sort out a new car (cheap 2nd hand one so be it), but I thought this would absolutely ruin me for a few years work wise and travelling.... How about that, a 5 star review from someone who's gone though a claim, speaks volumes! 100% recommended.”

“Very easy to set up Van insurance with them... DOWNSIDE=I could not change to "car insurance"....had to start a new cover ALL OVER AGAIN (not good)”
