“I most CERTAINLY would NOT recommend anyone using Admiral; I've been with them for over ten years (about TEN YEARS TOO BLOODY LONG!!) but will be changing provider upon renewal! Their ONLY interest is to get you as a customer but when it comes to claims they will DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING to wriggle out of honuring that. ABSOLUTELY AVOID Admiral like the PLAGUE that they are.”

“my renewal was up and they rang me to ask if I wanted to continue with them. I was not on automatic renewal as I mentioned to them and this made my life easy. while I was with them they are a professional company.”

“I purchased Home Insurance from Admiral very recently and found them an excellent company at providing customer service. Their insurance met all my home needs and everything was easy to do. They will post your documents to you as well as send them by email. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I have used them for Car Insurance in the past and got the same high level of service. Would recommend above other insurance companies. Their service is a good old fashioned one which works.”

“Dreadful insurance company Terrible claims dept. Conflicts of interest as they insure both parties and see no problem with telling each the other has disputed lliabilty without deciding the question. Customer service (sic) lies to you They recommend their own uninsured loss recovery company to act 'fot you' against them Totally without any redeeming features DONT USE THESE IDIOTS”

“I spoke to two different people at Admiral, the first was not so helpful and I actually ended up cancelling my car insurance policy after being with the company for 7 years. However I called back and spoke to a lovely Welsh man named Connor Dawson. He had a lovely kind way about him and was very helpful. He found me the best quote possible and brought me back as a customer . So pleased. It goes to show it really matters who you have on the other end of the line!”
