“Admiral are crooks. They do not want to pay you for any kind of delay/cancellation and will pull out any stops to avoid compensation. My flight was delayed 24+ hours and as per the policy I was entitled to... a mere £50 for my delay. It's taken a month and they have refused to pay my claim because the airline gave "multiple reasons" for the delay - including mechanical WHICH they agree to cover per policy. Did they? No. They gave some egregious response about one two delay reasons negating a claim - it doesn't say anything about this in my policy document. I will be submitting a complaint to the Ombudsman and cancelling my policy immediately. Believe me they do not want to help or pay you - take your insurance elsewhere!”

“One of the worst insurance company Which I get. First of all if you repair in your pocket they don't mention any pitfall. I payed my damage Which wasn't my fault and Now the don't pay for me Back. My cost was nearly £200 and they wanna goug my eyes out with a £50 voucher. I'm sure after this all I'll change my insurance and take care with them!!!!!”

“After an accident 6 weeks ago I am still waiting for a resolution! a lack of contact & communication, this is 2024 & we have technology at our fingertips, yet a phonecall or email is too difficult for them! I am still without a car & any solution, disgusting lack of service, very quick to take your money when you upgrade your policy but lacking the other way round. I will never use Admiral again or ever recommend them to others!”

“I do not recommend Admiral car insurance to anyone. I had insurance for 3 years with them. I paid the highest insurance after the market, (every year instead of decreasing because I didn't have any accident or fine with points on the license) It increased every year. This year I had a very small incident in June and in August I decided to change the car. I called them to close the insurance because I sold the car, in addition to the fact that they kept me on the phone for 2 hours to call me that if I want to close the insurance I have to pay the full amount until the end of the term somewhere at £980, and I asked so I have to pay the full amount they told me that I have a claim on my name and it is still open. I stayed for another 30 minutes, transferring from one person to another until I hung up. I called the next day again, same 2 hours and no solution. And in the end they closed the label saying it was my fault and made me pay £750 which barely showed the scratch on the car (in case no checks were made) I called them N times and it was not resolved nothing. I also told them that I can't pay insurance further if I sold the car. I do not recommend and be very careful. With them they take your money for nothing per month as you have no advantage.”

“Just rubbish 3 weeks passed after the incident. No courtesy car being arranged and engineer is too busy to review the case. Nothing can be progressed without the engineer start reviewing the case. Customer service try to help sending chaser everyday but no other option can offered to speed up the process. This insurance company is rubbish. Pls avoid.”

“Avoid trading with this platform at all costs. My account margin level was still at 3000%, and there was no significant price movement. Suddenly, my order was stopped out without any clear explanation. When I asked them for details, they just told me my order was executed correctly without providing further clarification. The service is terrible, and your trades may disappear without warning. Stay away from this platform if you value your investments. I request that review do not delete my comment. I have all the proof to show that I have an account and conversations with them. In my previous comment, they requested Review to delete my comment, claiming my review was fake. “Been with Admiral all my time of driving and when i need them after a car crash and car being write off they offer me way below the market value and blame it on "extranal evaluator" Really unhappy with this experience and after various phone conversation they weren't trying to be helpful I am sure their attitude would be a lot different if i was signing up for insurance.”

“For over a week now I have been calling Admiral to get updates on an existing claim I have with them. They are telling me on every phone call that “they have not revived an email that they need to receive to be able to continue with my claim” I am 19 weeks pregnant and I have been left without a car for over a week. There has been no updates from them and certainly no help from them. I am paying them £400 a month and they are incompetent and reluctant to do their job! No one wants to help me and I am extremely frustrated with their (non) service! I do not advise anyone to use these people!”

“Has been weeks since I submitted a withdrawal request of my balance and it still shows up in my trading platform. Perhaps they think I'll have a change of mind and let them keep it. I already sent the required documents and there is no excuse for the delay other than obviously they simply don't want to return what is rightly mine. Can you imagine making money with this firm and trying to get any of it? I seriously doubt anyone with get anything back once admiral gets the funds credited to their account. I can't emphasize enough that all business with this firm should be discontinued and legal actions against them should be carried out to the fullest extent. People like that shouldn't be permitted to continue scamming. IF YOU GIVE THEM ANYTHING YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN that’s why I reported to SEEKR AIL..C OM who was able to help me retrieve my money back, I don’t know how they get it done I got my money back in my account”

“LittleBox has to go on your windscreen! I don't mind a telematics box, but it's an ugly, branded, white box that sits in your eye-line on the windscreen. Everything up until fitting it told me it was a small box that fits under the dashboard, out of the way.”

““I saw an interview over the much hype Tesla Financial program and invested the initial minimum of USD 240000, after then i started getting an incessant barrage of phone calls from this broker who tried to pressure me to increase my investment to the next and after so as to double my returns. I finally ended investing a total of USD 540000 before i tuned him off completely. When I demanded to withdraw my investment after 2months, he stopped taking my calls nor responding to my mails.
