The admiral has some of the best girls from around the hemisphere. Gotta love the selection of girls. Clean fun atmosphere. If u go you gotta see Charmaine, be cautious she is addictive, you're gonna want more of her.

First time of using and never again. Took out travel insurance at nearly one hundred pounds for trip to Australia. Policy finished on the 19th April as was return date back to UK. Flight cancelled that evening before midnight due to disruption at Dubai Airport with no return flight possible until the following Friday 26th. I had no idea whether I would be covered as policy had expired. I spent hours trying to contact this company which made it very difficult as they are closed at weekends. The only contact I could get was via email on the Monday no response I sent another on the Tuesday, no response and have up to todays date I have had no response 2 weeks after my trips insurance cover expired. Disgusted that I spent my last week in Australia not knowing whether I was insured through no fault of mine.

Spoke with such a calm, helpful guy, who was so patient with me, and i bought travel insurance, after spending hours online, and phoning quotes, I didn't think I would manage to get anything, he was so lovely. Thank you so much

We've been with this company at least 10 yrs with 20yrs no claims on both our cars. This year they've put our car insurance up by over 30%!!! They said they could reduce it a bit if we insured our house with them too! They'd probably put that up by 30% next year too! We feel totally ripped off by this company who obviously do not care, at all, about their loyal customers! 😡😡😡😡😡

Been 7 years with this company never had any claims, road offences etc 9ncb total all same circumstances. Renewal price doubled (2500 per year!) for absolutely no reason. I received quotes £ 1100 from gocompare then i phoned admiral to get price match. My call was answered by indian woman i could barely understand what she was saying. She offered me 170 pounds discount off my 2500 premium. I cancelled my policy with those cowboys and happily accepted 1100 quote from another insurance provider. Thats how admiral treating loyal trouble free customers. Greedy chancers avoid !

Oh my goodness, I've just wasted 30 minutes trying to find out why my Policy has increased by over 70%. I think the call Center must be in India, which I have no problems with, except as I have a hearing issue, I struggled to understand the person I spoke to. One of the reasons my policy had gone up was because I was on the platinum policy, I had the same conversation last year when my policy had increased then. I do not want to be put on the most expensive policy each year to be told, they can lower the price. What an incompetent, money grabbing company Admiral are. We are now looking elsewhere. My advice to anyone reading this review, do not use Admiral unless you are happy to have your policy increased by an extortionate amount by being a loyal customer.

We recently had a major flood in our house due to a burst water pipe. We contacted Admiral, our insurer, and were told that the excess was £800 instead of the expected £300. They also added an additional £500 to the excess amount. Moreover, we were offered a very low price to fix the damage, which would have left us out of pocket by £1500. We were extremely disappointed with their attitude towards their clients and found them to be a very unprofessional and untrustworthy outfit. We would advise others not to use them and not to consider making a claim with them.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent pricing offer from Admiral Insurance. Despite being a loyal customer with no claims for a year, I expected to benefit from the accumulated no-claims bonus. However, the premium for the upcoming year was higher than the previous year's rate. I have faithfully followed the policy terms and paid my annual premium without fail. I was informed that maintaining a zero-claim record for a year would lead to a more favourable premium. To my dismay, the opposite happened. When I contacted Admeirl Insurance a month ago to inquire about this year's pricing, I was pleased to learn that I had accumulated two years of zero claims. I anticipated a lower premium as a result. However, the offer I received was even higher than last year's premium. This discrepancy is illogical and unfair. This company is ripping off and taking advantage of its customers. Their actions make no sense, and I strongly advise anyone considering renewal to check other providers first. Companies offer a 50% reduction compared to what this company offered me. My advice to everyone is to check thoroughly before choosing Admiral Insurance.

I was happy with admiral for car and house insurance for 4 years. Then they put my premium up over a hundred pounds. I went on comparison site and saved over £120

I accidentally rubbed someone's bumper with my van and it didn't even leave a mark I left my details anyway. Then after a while I am told the third party are claiming personal injury so I lose my no claims bonus without any evidence just the word of the third party it's cost me hundreds of pounds so far

Admiral driver hit my car. Theyu were at fault and Admiral arranged to repair my car. They took ages and made a mess of my bumper. I complained about standard of repair (wrong colour) and they said it was the wong colour when they started?? The refused to addres it an suhggested I go tot Ombudsman. When Ombudsman cntacted tehm, they refused to engage because I was not one of thjeir customers. Complete charlatans and con men. Shoud not be allowed to operate - disappointed by ombudsman too...

My daughter had an accident no fault or 50/50 at most. The other drive also insured with Admiral. He had no MOT speeding and being prosecuted for driving dangerously and driving with no MOT, the vehicle had no advisories done, there was quite a few, the vehicle had poor brakes and definitely unroadworthy and under insurance Terms and conditions their insurance was invalid Not insured. Nope!!! Admiral still kept their insurance going, because my daughter was the only one injured, they didn’t want to pay out so they put my daughter at fault, how do you work that one out. Luckily the accident happened 8 weeks before renewal. My renewal went up from £2222 to £5845

Claiming for a new windscreen Made claim for windscreen on 04/12/23,I was put on to there preferred suppliers which is auto glass they told me.Phoned admiral every week for abc 9weeks to see if they could chase it up as they said they had a specialist team regarding windscreens,told me numerous times I would receive a call back within 48hrs...didn’t happen. Auto glass got in touch on 31/01/24 to book me in for new windscreen on the 07/02/24,gets a phone call from Admiral on 02/02/24 to tell me after 9weeks that they have made a mistake with preferred supplier it’s nationwide windscreen they use for pick ups and they were cancelling my appointment!!!!!So after another 7 weeks or nearly 4 months I got windscreen fittied on 27/03/24..nearly 4 months later and pickup was off road as illegal to drive.Was an absolute nightmare,every time I spoke to Admiral it was same old story we are very sorry,this shouldn’t have happened.we will get someone to call you back(still waiting) ADMIRAL CHEAP INSURANCE...TRY AND MAKE A CLAIM....DONT LIKE TO PAY OUT,,,

Discusted with this company! I hope you choke on the money I gave you for what bugger all! I had 1 years no claims for the first year no issues. Second year just started. They cancel my policy after missing one payment! Then make a different reason up that it's because I made a claim which they stated that they were not liable for! So no claim... Word can not describe how bad of service I received. Please be aware they are not all they seem clearly. Trying to bill me now for a full years policy after cancelling mine.

Storm damage from this winters bad weather and they've completely rejected my claim stating it a degradation of materials! So on going with the F-O (financial-ombudsman) - Anything to not pay out and help their customers, just take, take, take and literally day light theft! Can't give 0 stars or would.

was with them a few years ago, cancelled policy to go with someone else as got a better price. everything was fine but 2 years later decided to take money out of my account for a new insurance policy....but we have been with other insurance companies and have proof. now we are fighting to get our money back which technically they have STOLEN!! not happy....STAY AWAY from them

This company is a bad joke This company is a bad joke. I was involved in an accident with one of the company's customers(rear-ended), wasn't my fault and the other driver made the claim to fix my car. Since the 14th of February, they have kept telling me that they will make the payment but they refuse and they find different reasons. If a minor claim is happening like this I can't imagine for something else. I would NOT recommend anyone to deal with or take any insurance from this company. Shame on you ADMIRAL
