They have put automatic renewal process in their website and impossible to remove that. Then they take your money from your account and charge you with£25 cancellation fee. Never again admirals.

Admiral are great until you want to claim. I insured my home and contents which included two tvs each insured for £1500 each. One was accident damaged significantly so I put a claim in. First their telephone number is working. Then to load via the portal the process is longwinded and not clearly explained. After a couple of days of trying to get sorted they finally offered me £500 less a £300 excess. For a 65 inch smart 4K tv. They claim that is like for like. Why would I pay to insure a TV for £1500 if they can just con me when coming to claim. Avoid them if you don’t want appalling customer service.

One of the worst Insurance company ever I had experienced. For the minor scratch, the third party insurance was submitted and the claim they approved was more than the vehicle cost itself. Since I'm a new car user, I wasn't aware much about this insurance company and I'm sure they are doing some scams for sure.

Flipkart launched the Admiral Tv and it's so so horrible. The back light bleeding is so much worse than any other brands I had tried. It's so bad that I thought it's damaged. When I asked for a refund the response was " This is not damaged, this is how the tv is." Now I am stuck with a crappy 43 inch tv taking up space.

Admiral make false and misleading claims when advertising their home insurance policies, namely that they will safeguard consumers from loss and damage which results from criminal activity. I have recently claimed after I was burgled. I provided clear video evidence to the Police and Admiral of criminal activity. The police dealt with the crime swiftly as a burglary - they have arrested and charged an individual. Admiral on the other hand worked to make convenient assumptions and speculations resulting in them refusing to pay out anything. I am now left with a bill of five figures and nothing to show for 7 years of work. Having been a loyal Admiral customer for car and home insurance for many years. Admiral claim to care about customer service but when they have opportunities to look after their customers in need they decided to put corporate interests first and simply state they are 'following process'. Avoid at all costs - awful company.

Trying to add one high value item to my contents policy. Looked simple as there was an online form for it - BUT once I got as far as entering my contact details, the Submit button was inactive. I am ex IT and know what I am doing and there were no errors highlighted. So I phoned the Admiral customer service number - waited over 20 minutes and the person answering said I was put through to renewals. To cut a long story short I was shunted from pillar to post for over an hour. So I decided to click on "I'm thinking of leaving". This started another messaging system which said someone would be with me asap and after 5 minutes the messaging app disappeared. So back to square one after a total of 95 minutes.

They were really poor. Told me I dylwe anything for cancelling my policy, then changed their mind. I had a screenshot from a live chat to say I owed them nothing. Then they put a debt collection company onto me for the £29.20 they said I owed them for cancellation. Their customer service is appalling - advise everyone to go elsewhere if they want a good service.

The company Admiral is not reliable; avoid investing with them as they will defraud you and leave you bankrupt. I was relieved that A C T I N V S T * C O M assisted me in getting my money back. I had to contact A C T I N V S T. C O M as soon as I noticed their methods, and my money was returned to me.

An Admiral driver hit my car, writing it off, totally his fault, no dispute there. I started a claim with my insurance company, only to have many calls from Admiral asking to claim through them instead. After offering me £500 to swap, I finally gave in an let them deal with my losses. Big mistake! They undervalued my car (no surprise) and even though I kept rejecting it, they would not increase their offer. After creating a complaint, they did not change their minds, even with much evidence from the Internet of how much my car was selling for. They referred me to the ombudsman, washing their hands of me. What transpires is, the finance ombudsman only helps claimants that have a dispute with their OWN insurance, and therefore could not intervene as Admiral was not my insurer, even though legally they can approach me and take on my claim?!! A total loop in the law here with no protection for me whatsoever. Absolutely disgusted. I've lost money from my car write off and my insurance premiums have gone up, even though it was a total non-fault claim. Makes me not want to drive any more. The laws need changing so companies cannot get away with this. They knew what they were doing, so others please take note if they approach you.

Used to be a great company, but now nobody on the phone has a clue. I was hit whilst parked by an insured driver, promised my excess will be returned, but nothing. Absolutely useless to talk to the agents on the phone.

I lost $73,000 to Admiral scam, they showed no remorse in taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals like myself. After months of frustration and being unable to make a withdrawal, I stumbled upon "A C T I N V S T * COM professional assistance. They were an absolute game-changer! With their expertise.

If you experience problems with this platform, completely disregard them right away. I was able to retrieve what I owed, and with L I N C O X R E C L A I M 's assistance, you can also retrieve all they owe you. You will either be unable to withdraw or be requested to pay more and more.

An absolute shambles - full of incompetent, lying, unscrupulous morons. Have to chase them and the garage after a collision and offered zero help, reassurance or advice. Even suggested I should just drive my damaged car for my kids school run instead of them supplying a cover car even though an independent mechanic deemed it dangerous and undrivable. They couldn’t care less.

Absolutely shocking service, didn't want to renew my insurance policy so had auto renew turned off, they tried to renew it and then sent a a debt of £88 to a debt collection agency, why I have no idea, I'm having to spend my days fighting with them, they told me I owe them nothing and that they didn't try to collect any money and I have this in writing, so why they are putting me through this stress is beyond a joke, such a shame I have 7 vehicles which I would have put on one policy with them, ive now gone elsewhere.

What went wrong, how long have you got. Took out insurance for my son in my car, for a few weeks, and clearly explained this. Paid the money , from then on disaster. Went to cancel as stated on first call. Arguments, different people involved, shocking internal communication, scamming me/my son out of more money. Stressful and an absolute joke, how do these big companies get away with it. Policy P73953452 if you care one jot
