“Quick and easy to set up. Policy options comprehensive. Luckily I have not had to claim so cannot comment on that part of the service but overall very happy.”

“No problem buying the policy. Have to wait and see what happens if I claim. Previous experience with Insurance Companies is quite a delay between claiming and getting paid. Have not had a claim with Animal Friends, so who knows they may be an exception.”

“Unfortunately I lost my puppy Roman shortly after taking out the policy with them. During this difficult time they were happy to pay out for the necessary treatment & part of the cost I paid for him as he was a pedigree. This took some of the stress away from me and kept my costs down. I would be happy to take out a policy with them again in the future when I get a new dog.”

“Paid my £300 vet bill on 02/02/15, and the claim was approved by Animal Friends and the money was in my account by 12/02/15.”
