I really appreciate how Opeyemi went above and beyond for me - this is excellent customer service and are positive behaviours which I think deserves acknowledgement.

Had a few issues regarding documents with my insurer. I have to say the customer service (Tom Edney) was fantastic and resolved my issue without any hassle. 10/10. Thankyou Tom.

Customer service was brilliant, quick, easy, simple and the staff member I had on phone was very helpful and polite. Only reason why not 5 stars is because I was on hold for over 20 minutes.

I've been with this insurance company for 2 years now, last year I ended up getting £150 back off my policy as I was a good driver, and since renewing in November, I've also had a refund due to change in my address. I've never had an issue with any of the customer service or policy. All in all, I would recommend this company to a friend.

This morning I called up quite frustrated as not one customer service member I have spoken to so far has been able to explain anything Or respond to my emails. I have spoken to Madhia this morning who answered my questions and explained everything fully. A breath of fresh air. A credit. Thank you Madhia

#8 - Rachel; Auto saint customer service is nothing other than the best I have received from any other car insurance provider. Rachel is my most recent advisor and she was absolutely fantastic. Talked me through the braking score and how to improve. Genuinely wanted to help me rather than dictate.
