“Had so many problems with my daughters policy at the start, thank you to the lovely Harriet who went above and beyond to help us get it sorted. Super friendly and very efficient. Admin charges are astronomical but can't fault the customer service everyone we speak to is very helpful”

“Debbie was very helpful and done everything I asked for, the staff are all very polite. The three stars are only for the one bad thing the prices, a cancellation fee is through the roof, I don’t see how they can charge hundreds for just cancelling.”

“I've been with Autosaint for 2 years and just renewed on my 3rd year with them. I spoke with a lovely advisor Erin who was very efficient, patient and knowledgeable explained everything the Insurance policy included and made sure I was happy and comfortable with it. She got me the best possible price she could and out did every other insurer on the web. Everyone I have spoke to from this company has been friendly including the guys who fit the box. I hardly notice the box being there as it only judges on behaviour and speed - which if you're driving normally and following the law wont give you any issues! they are not strict in anyway and easy to get a hold of if needed.”

“I spoke to a lady called Amy, she found me a car insurance quote over £30+ a month cheeper than I’d been quoted anywhere else, she spoke in a very friendly and professional way, great conversation and the call ran very smoothly getting things done as quick as possible but assuring she had taken time to go through the policy in detail for my own understanding, I continued with the policy and am very happy with the level of customer service delivered by Amy! Thanks again, you are a star :)”
