“I've been with this insurance company for 2 years now, last year I ended up getting £150 back off my policy as I was a good driver, and since renewing in November, I've also had a refund due to change in my address. I've never had an issue with any of the customer service or policy. All in all, I would recommend this company to a friend.”

“This morning I called up quite frustrated as not one customer service member I have spoken to so far has been able to explain anything Or respond to my emails.
